i like the location of the property and how the access to the beach is, I do like it had a supermarket in front and restaurants. the pool is good and has a nice pressure metal hose, great place to stay. if you go in car parking is available for 12E a night.

I like a lot the location and the room, the only recommendation i will provide is that AC is on the living area and the room is far from it and accross the bathroom, which doesnt allow a lot of air current to arrive to the room. i would recommend to install 2 overhead fans to help mitigate this one, also i would recommend to align Check-out time in Booking to match if i did a reservation directly with them.

They say they allow pets, but they don't say you have to pay 20€ (!!!) per pet/ per day!!! Girl in reception said it was in the website but I couldn't find it, at least as clear as you can see parking per day is 12€ 20€ is way too much (never seen this expensive before at places I've stayed) and pets are not even allowed to go into restaurant /pool/.. Also pipes are very noisy, and walls could do with some soundproofing.

the beds were terrible. no ‘5th’ bed - the pull out sofa / trundle in lounge room was hideous. the window in the 2nd bedroom that opens to a common corridor / hallway is not very good, doesn’t feel safe. terrible coffee machine - 1 machine for the WHOLE complex for breakfast, queuing for 20mins for a coffee!

spacious apartment, good for family of 5. super close to the beach. we were in bloc 3 on 3rd floor surrounding the nice and clean pool area was perfect (no road from balcony). must say, also the facilities of the pool area (toilet etc) was very clean. nice breakfast.

No cleaning. No changing of toiletpaper, towels or bed-sheets. Ants in the bathroom. Didnt pick up the trash

The apartment was just in front of the beach with direct access to it, which was amazing. it was clean, comfortable and perfect for our stay. The swimming pool is huge and the breakfast very good.

The apartment was well located being a 2-minute walk from a really nice beach. The apartment was a good size with a lovely, large terrace.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The Wifi was almost non-existent in the apartment - our daughter had her data used up within a couple of days and kept having to go to the rugby tavern next door to get wifi! The second bedroom backed onto a cafe and the noise until midnight was very loud. In general, there was a lot of noise from other apartments at night e.g. toilets flushing, chairs moving, etc. The facilities in the apartment could have been better e.g. no bin in bathroom, one locker in main bedroom (not 2), no lamps in bedrooms for reading. This apartment was advertised as 'superior' - we felt that we were charged a superior price without superior facilities!

I was charged twice for breakfast and lunch as both the hotel and booking agent believed I had only paid for the two adults on my booking and not the kids. I find it hard to understand how it's possible to ommit them as they were part of my accomodation search when I began searching for our holiday. Anyway, I probably would stay here again if need be, but please double check everything as reception cannot be trusted and will attempt to overcharge if they can.
