Location

Not all the windows were good closing, so I didn't feel so much secure. They tried to fix it but it wasn't perfect.

the pool and the location were quite good, close to the beach but the pool had way too much chorine in it, my eyes were red and dry until the next day

we were robbed in our apartment while we were on a trip to Barcelona, the hotel states they are not liable for our private things in the apartment. we got discount whatsoever. there are also not even the most basic things like salt or oil too cook in the apartment.

30 Euro early check in, 17 Euro for a hair Dryer, 13 Euro for a kettle. Staff were not overly helpful

Only one bathroom and it doesn't have a window or an air extractor. All the smell goes to the rest of the apartment

It is close to the beach, there were towels - mention this as a plus as in the property description they say there aren't. We stayed off the season - paid 43eu per night - I would say - good value overall.

The check in / check out procedure is very complicated. We arrived in the middle of the night, so we had to collect the keys from a lockbox, but when we did the Online check in (if you don't do it - it is +30eu!) - no one informed us how to collect the keys, gladly we called and figured it out. We left a deposit in cash, which had to be collected from a property in another city - so count with this as well! We had to leave one day earlier, when informed the Reception (more than 24h before the original check out time)- they had no idea how we can modify our reservation and were redirecting us to booking.com - although we have paid in the property... like... I've been working in this field and this is very unprofessional way to handle such situation. Looking at the whole management procedure of RentalMar - I am sure my review won't change anything, but they could make it less complicated - but anyways - would advice to take a look how other hospitality properties are doing it and apply these procedures as we are a young tech couple and could manage it - but cannot imagine my mom in this situation. Rooms & furniture are noisy - we were able to hear bed sounds, pet sounds and etc. noises all the time. Normally do not leave bad reviews, this should be considered more as an advice, but the check in / check out procedure is ... stupid, sorry. And charging people for you not being able to provide normal (check in) services is just hilarious.

The appartment is spacious for the money, if a bit cold and dark this time of the year.

The wifi did not work at all. When we complained, they said they would fix it the day later, but we were already leaving then. We requested a partial refund, but so far they are unwilling. I had to send them three emails to even get a reply. There is a 50 euro per person deposit. Instruction in the appartment are quite unclear if they expect it to clean it or if they just expect normal undamaged appartment (are you supposed to swep the floors?). It takes 2-3 days to get the deposit back. On checkout, which is supposed to happen before 10am, the office only opens at 10 am. Not sure how that is supposed to be downloaded, we slipped the keys under door. There was a sign saying the office would be closed that morning anyway.

the bed was uncomfortable and there are little bits in the apartment that could do with some work to tidy it up.

Swimmingpool is good. And I have apartment third floor and I can tanning in balcony in evenings. Area is very quiet.

Bed is very hard without mattress. I ask it from reseption but they can't help me. Then I sleep in couch.

Location

Apparment needs some work inside. Mould in bathroom. Ceiling in a bathroom paint falls off. Sink not stable. For 3 people just one toilet roll. Wardrobe scratched

Good location - 50 meters from see. Parking is available on street or on premises. Many restaurants nearby. Food store close to the apartment. Apartment is clean when we arrived and have base equipment. Blanked proposed for free. Port adventure is not so far - 20 minutes by car or bus.

You can pay for parking on premise for all booking time or not at all. If you don't book parking they are not allow to drive car entrance door to unload your baggage - not very customer friendly. If you need teapot- it's paid option. Blankets are paid option by default. Sofa bed are not very comfortable for 2 persons. We stayed there for 2 weeks but none proposed to change bedding or proposed apartment cleaning. Internet connection is not good. When we stay - it was repairing in next building so sometime it was noisy.

The pool is nice but what i've loved was the proximity to the beach!

The kitchen furniture needs some renewal!

Very nice time spend in PIN Marina. Strongly recommended. Close to the wide beach.

i like just the location. and the pool . air condition, washing machine was verry useful

because they give me first time a wrong also apartament was not clean. because they close in the night the pool and also they ask money for parking. so expensive 14 euro per day
