Fantastic location, very good breakfast, great pool and activities for kids. Next time in Alcudia, we will go back here.

Nothing negative.

Very good breakfast and dinner as well. Friendly staff. Kids liked the pool. Booking calling rooms differently than the hotel itself. This way we ended up in a different type of room than we wanted. Hotel kindly offered room change with preferential rate to correct this.

Wine was sometimes served not cool enough during dinner and no cooler was received. Ice coffee is not what it should be.

The buffet selection was VERY good. Lots of options to pick from everyday and fresh ones! The swimming pools and activities were super fun. Loves the creperie right next to the beach! The sports bar was also very cool

The activities for kids under 7 sometimes would happen, sometimes not, which can be disappointing if you are counting on them. But this should be easy to fix :)

Big pool lots of kids activities

The hotel is dirty, we never get sick and we got Norovirus and Hand Foot and Mouth, the floors aren’t cleaned properly, the toilets by the pool are awful and dirty, our feet were smelling by day 2 (again something that has never happened) Also the Air Conditioning System is awful and barely works properly

Hotel is 10/10 for toddlers vacation Its quit big full of families with kids, the kids club has lot of activities for 4 years and above. Hotel has daily entertainment schedule the team is very creative and social. All staff in all facilities are super welcoming and nice to kids The hotel has 3 pools ..one has slides which was lovely for kids but wishing that there was a special guard for it Beach is within walking distance and its one of the most beautiful ones in Mallorca but its almost impossible to find sun beds as its not private for the hotel. We booked star prestige half board… so we got special access to rooftop bar & sea view Jacuzzi…this was a nice touch to enjoy some calm times away from crowds on the pool. Free drinks and snacks were also included in this room type also we got a special like VIP check in and here we give a special thanks to Yanna (hope we pronounce right) at reception she really provides a 5 stars hotel service to all customers …everyday she would check on us and make sure that our stay is relaxed. For breakfast & dinner there was something for everyone and the quality was normal to such type of big all inclusive hotels.( I would rate higher if there is a pasta live cooking station as there is one for pizza& meats ) Room is average 4 stars standards …nothing special but i think its originally designed to accommodate 2 ppl only. Hotel is one hour away from aiprort but the area is worth visiting as its very calm and relaxing

Drinks over dinner should be free

There were many positive things about the hotel, but this hotel is not suitable for my family. 1. Friendly staff 2. Convenient location 3. The food is very tasty and varied 4. Special thanks to the staff of restaurants and bars for impeccable service - cleanliness, there were never dirty tables, despite the fact that there are a lot of people and in the restaurant there is a Brownian movement with plates 5.Good evening shows

1. The hotel is family-friendly with small children from 1 year to 8 years old, there are a lot of children - 300-400 or more at the same time, my daughters are 13 years old, and it was difficult for us in this constant chaos of screams. I do not recommend it if your children are over 12 years old. 2. All entertainment up to 12 years, and further after 16 years. By the way, when they wanted to go to pilates or something after 16, the staff did not allow it. July 1, the day before departure, the hotel made a room for teenagers with ping pong, air hockey, which did not work, and billiards 3. Bed sheets ware never changed during the week of my stay and it had holes, which is somehow strange for a 4* hotel Iberostar , on the penultimate day I contacted the manager and we changed only the one with holes 4. The family junior suite with a view of the pool is very small. On the website it is written 33 meters, it seemed to me that there are no 25 meters. Double bed 1.8m 5.Due to the large number of children, the pool is heavily disinfected, and all the steam rises in the morning and the room has a persistent smell of chemicals.

Good food, friendly and helpfull staff

Rooms are well equipped, food was spectacular! What we really seen for the first time were the filtered water stations on every floor, where you could get free water 24/7 plus do not waste plastic. Beach is literally connected to the hotel so no need to walk far, cross the street, etc. Staff is also really friendly, I could go on for hours.

The only thing that is a bit annoying are the mosquitos, which are quite large and numerous. Some kind of net on windows/balcony door would make a huge difference.

Location beachfront. This hotel is good for the Family with children only.

The room is small for 3 persons. They offer sofa bed fpr the 3rd person but it almost occupied the whole space of the room. Some of the grill foods are undercooked (fresh from the freezer). Needs lot of improvement in the kitchen.

First of all, if you have no family, don’t go there; 80% of tourists have at least one child below 6. + Breakfast und Lunch is superb (20 Meters of food well presented) + beach is very nice (~20 Euro for sun loungers a day); better, buy a sun umbrella + attachment in the shop for 12 EUR and use it + internet speed and everything else is working + if you come from Palma take the Bus A32; also when you go somewhere else ( for taxis you have to book it and wait up to one hour) + check in and check out easy + all speak ok english and German + room for children is very good, gym Ok

- everything is very narrow (room, pool, breakfast room, hotel itself) so in high season, all facilities are packed, I assume, mid of June was still Ok, but we were all the time very close to others - don’t lose your towel card (€20) - be early at the pool (9 am) to get a sun lounger - room walls are a bit thin; for us it was ok, but if you re sensible on this, take that in mind - mid of June pool and sea were very cold - most tourits are from D, AT, CHF, UK

The beach side location is stunning, facilities for families with the star camp included is great and the team treat the kids as special guests. Food is fabulous, recommend all inclusive

Breakfast and dinner

I have booked a family room with ocean view, its completely waste. Very tiny room. Travel lodge is more better than these rooms. They provided us tiny twin beds, mattress were detached , cant sleep properly. Mattress quality was very poor got backache. They gave us sofa bed for kids , this is really annoying , they met any quality checks. Cant sleep at all. very very small indoor heating pool , its completely waste. Its very tiny and tiny. Coming to gym ,its also completely waste. There was always race for sports facilities. We need to wait there otherwise cant get any game tables.
