nice airy and large room - dinner menu was consistently varied, high quality and plentiful - range of facilities from bonus room to swimming, basket ball, tennis, soccer, etc...is superb. Staff super helpful despite sometimes not being very fluent in English. Light lunch facilities around the beach area worked well when we wanted light and quick, high quality lunches on the fly

water activities a bit far, tennis courts could be maintained better and Truce and the Garden have average quality food offerings

Excellent at accommodating our request for a late check out. Out son has a nut allergy and they are very good at passing information and doing whatever they can to address this matter.

Room had some noise from a adjacent air con that was not working quietly. Calista tried to move our room and dealt with this matter very well.

It was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in, modern, large complex but still giving an intimacy feeling, as compared to other huge hotels in the area. We loved everything, from the luxurious rooms to lush vegetation, variety of activities, bars and restaurants, delicious food (you can get absolutely everything you could wish for), quality drinks, nice pools and beach with fine sand and clean waters… not to mention the kindness of the staff. I will definitely come back to Calista, luxury at its finest!

Indoor pool and fitness area was very nice! The beach bar and lobby area was also nice

The food was mediocre. Would be better with fewer options but with better quality. The communication and service was below expectations. The staff's English skills were quite bad in general.

It was a great experience, the facilities are clean, the food buffet is varied, very suitable for children, and the staff is friendly
