Location. Pool. Location. Helpful reception staff. Bus to get to Ravenna. Beach nearby (free beach was good), Supermarket nearby. They have done work to improve these facilities and previous comments are out of date

Location was good, across the road from a fabulous sandy beach with nice beach bar, volleyball etc. A few nice shops and bars nearby - not a big resort. The swimming pool was big and in great condition with a shallow section for youngsters separated by a bridge from the main pool. It had air-conditioning.

The accommodation was very, very basic and the cleanliness questionable. The sofa bed was tricky to convert into a bed (no instructions) and the mattress heavily stained. The main problem was their inflexibility and lack of help which is not my usual experience from Italians. Our flight was cancelled which meant we had to fly to Pisa, travel from Pisa by train and so we needed a late check-in. They weren't flexible, charged us 3 nights (we ended up staying in Pisa the first night so only stayed 2). We may have been locked out if we didn't arrive by 23:00hrs as they told us that was the latest we could arrive. We couldn't guarantee the train would be on time. They also requested 50 euros call out fee as we were going to arrive late.

the house was cleaned. The swimming pool was great but not open all the time. the beach is 5min by foot so it’s very nice.

Thé configuration of the house. all the rooms are upstairs and the toilet is at the RDC. So this is not comfortable when your child’s have an issue during the night. Some upgrades are necessary in the toilets but it was comfortable.

Good position close to sea. Water pool inside of the camp.

Bed was very old and not comfortable. All equipment was very old but working. Bath room was really small and toilet was leaking.

The staff was nice. Decent pool.

The bathroom stank of urin. The whole place was old and worn. The stairs were both dangerous and impossible to use for little children. The sink faucet only worked on boiling hot water so we had to wash our hands in the kitchen after using the bathroom. Internet only in common areas is not up to date 2022. The price did not match the overall quality of the experience. Will not come here again.

Everything was fine. The apartment was nice and clean. The staff friendly. Great pool. Excellent location, very close to sea. We got umbrella and could use it at the beach. Thank you.

no toilet papers, no washing liquid and sponge - we should have known it in advance. there were some ants (but when reported, they immediately came and killed them). No AC in ground floor only in the bedrooms upstairs. in the swimming pool no separate lane fir swimmers, kids are jumping on you

The apartment is just a few steps away from the beach. The pool was a great addition and had a really great atmosphere, music was running right next to it. We planned the holiday with some friends of ours, and the host kindly arranged two bungalows next to each other for us.

There were many mosquitos but no mosquito nets applied to any doors. There is a fence going around the village, usually at day time you can enter the lot either from the front or from the back, but at night you can only enter from the front, this way if you parked the car at the rear it can be hard to access.

Very clean! You will find what is needed. Walking distance to many restaurants. Very good supermarket nearby. Parking spaces around the estate. Lovely beach nearby.

It's an old village with some minor refreshments here and there. The pool is good, but the rest of the facilities show sign of age. The houses have no windows, only doors which make the rooms seem dark.

Accommodation was in the center near the beach, the possibility of outdoor seating. Near to Ravenna.

Old equipment, blunt knife in the kitchen, only the most necessary equipment in the kitchen without kettle and chopping board. Pool is relatively small, there were a lot of people, so we didn't even use it...

It was a nice room, had a pool we enjoyed. Close to the beach, staff was friendly. I locked myself out of the room after hours, someone helped me call management. About 10 minutes later someone was there to unlock the apartment. Very nice staff and felt very comfortable traveling with my kids by myself. It is also dog friendly, i walked the dogs all over the cute little town. We had a blast.

No internet, but being so close to the beach and having the pool there that wasn't a big deal.

The bad choice I have ever done

The apartment isn't clean, you have to bring your towels because they don't change them even after 8 nights. The beds are terrible, no WiFi!! The staff isn't collaborator.

The appartment was not clean, instead of tovel they put some cloth sheets. It was completely different from the pictures that we've seen on the site. The pictures might be from a renovated unit, but we have got an old one, we were shocked with the quality and we were expecting sth else. The only good point was its pool.

Friendly staff. Very nice, spacious and cozy room. Comfortable. Family friendly. There is a terrace with bbq. Beautiful environment, where you can relax. Close to the beach, shopping malls, central street.
