Il cibo è il punto di forza della struttura, il cuoco si è prodigato per accogliere le richieste di tutti. Ottimi gli spazi vasti e ariosi sia nelle camere sia nelle sale congressi. Bello il parco intorno, ottimo per passeggiate e momenti di relax.

Mi aspettavo una temperatura leggermente più alta dell'acqua della piscina (considerando che c'era anche un idromassaggio) interna, e leggermente più flessibilità per l'orario di uscita dalla stanza considerato che il giorno dopo era libera.

Pools with the slides. The kids really enjoyed it,plus the area around the hotel, all the greenery one can imagine. Really nice place that is worth visiting again.

We liked the choice of pools, the cleanliness of the rooms, the animation team were very welcoming and great with the kids. Some staff were absolutely lovely - just had two poor experiences with reception staff. The free shuttle to Peschiera is good too! The grounds are beautifully kept, you are just a little bit on your own and the hotel has a business/conference vibe rather than holiday at times. But it was absolutely fine for what we needed and holiday vibe can be found at the laguna pool area. Bar staff were friendly and mini golf was free too- which was good!

Breakfast selection was always cold. We had asked for an upgraded room and paid considerably more but it was exactly the same as people in our party who had paid for basic room. No mini markets or shops in walking distance so bear in mind if you are going in self catering apartments. Taxis are expensive, but only real option with being out of the way… but that’s why the free shuttle to the town is good! We didn’t like some of the reception staff they did not supply a travel cot, they did not respond to the above complaint and they wouldn’t allow us a room to shower in after check out for the children to get changed for the flight. There was also quite a lot of mosquitos- so be wary and take some spray.

The view and environment was beautiful. Nice pools and amazing breakfast. Gorgeous area to recreate and have a good family or romantic time.

The first night we had stiff pillows but were changed for the next night. The worst was the elevators od the hotel that it was always stinky of feet. They have a nice gym and sauna area but you gotta pay for them which is strange if compared with other options.

The road nearby is being built and we got lost.

A nice hotel, really close to Sigurta park. The rooms are clean and the service is great. A new shuttle service to and from Peschiera del Garda is a wonderful treat.

The taste and variety of the food can be a bit better

I liked nothing except for the location

The reception were not helpful they insist to let wait until 3 pm to check in. The room was old furniture is old and looks disappointing, they have to make renovation for the hotel. I don’t recommend it, it is depressing.
