This is a fab hotel, we've stayed before. Easy outside parking in hotel carpark. It is the quietest hotel we've ever stayed in. Easy walk into Salamanca, and fantastic views from hotel. Not experienced the food so cannot comment. Lovely room with tons of space and a sofa. A very fancy shower.

This stay our room was above the entrance. That was fine, but we could hear the sound of far away rumbling often, turned out it was the sliding entrance doors automatically opening and closing, not a big issue for us, but could be annoying to some. No kettle or coffee making facilities.

Muy tranquilo. La amplitud de la habitacion. La cama muy cómoda y el baño completo, desayuno bufet y vistas a la catedral espectaculares. Esta al otro lado del rio pero en un paseo de 20 minutos se llega al centro.

el horario de cena, debería haber un room service, a partir de las 23:00 ya no hay nada. fuimos a un concierto que se retrasó por la lluvia.. terminando a las 22:40 y no había lugar en Salamanca donde cenar, (solo mcdonal o cosas así en carretera....),ni room service en el hotel. es un hotel que debe ofrecer este servicio de room service. ya que estas circunstancias se dan por uno u otro motivo.

Think serious attention needs to be paid to the pool life guard situation as they are located inside a building with very limited visibility of the pool and if there was an emergency it would take too long for them to reach the pool and be of help.

The bathroom was really nice but the floors became very slippery when wet. A nonslip mat for the shower was needed. Although a mini bar was in the room it was disappointing no water free of charge was in the room. Breakfast was ok. Ordered tea and got coffee, waiter didn’t return to take hot breakfast order and the whole breakfast experience felt frustrating.

We were given a room overlooking the front of the hotel and car park. The bedroom was large and comfortable.The views over the old city and cathedral were from the back of the hotel, restaurant and terrace. A good choice at breakfast with omelette station.

The hotel has changed its dinner option for guests. One now has to either book a half board basis, which carries supplements for some dishes, or the menu is all a la carte and can easily cost over 100 euros per couple. A bottle of Tempranillo for example costs 28euros. There are many more reasonably priced restaurants not too distant in the old city.
