10년전 허니문으로 갔었던 톨레도 파라도르를 추억을 떠올리며 방문했는데, 직원들의 태도는 형편없었습니다. 외출후 돌아와서 룸에서 전화로 프론트에 수건 두장과 스페어 키를 요청했는데, 1시간에 걸쳐 다섯번이나 요청했는데도 가져다 주지 않았습니다. 식당에서는 스푼두개를 요청했는데 그게 왜 필요하다는 거냐는 식으로 기분 나쁘게 짜증스러워 하며 가져다 주었습니다. 인종차별을 하는 느낌을 받았습니다. 산티아고, 살라망카,소리아, 림피아스 파라도르들에서 숙박을 하고 톨레도에서 숙박을 한건데, 그동안 다녔던 어떤 파라도르 보다도 직원들의 태도가 형편없었습니다. 이곳이 파라도르 인가요? 호텔은 맞는건가요? 불쾌하기 짝이 없습니다

직원과 매니져는 파라도르의 격에 맞는 사람들로 교체되어야 합니다

Fantastic view from room.

Amazing experience. Everything was perfectly organized. Rooms, bathrooms, swimming pool, parking spaces, bar, restaurant, staff are all a 10! Besides that the views of Toledo are beautiful.

This place is in a spectacular location overlooking Toledo. The views are stunning and the old Spanish style of the hotel is ideal for this spot. The rooms are very large and perfectly comfortable. There's a large terrace out front where you can sip drinks and watch the view. It seems some people come just to do that. Beautiful day and night

I wish the pool was open. We stayed in May so I guess we were just ahead of opening but it was hot out and would have been refreshing

Spectacular view over the old town from bar, pool and resturant. Staff very friendly and helpful at checkin on how to get to the old town and booking dinner.

Our "Junior Suite" was very well equipped with a fabulous view. Parking was easy, check-in welcoming and efficient. Wifi worked well.

A shuttle bus into Toledo would have been appreciated as taxi cost 10 to 12 euros each trip.

the rooms were spacious and super comfortable! the hotel is all about the views of Toledo and relaxing! wonderful patio with food and drink service. the breakfast was really good as well! parking was a breeze right out front of the hotel. loved our stay!!!

Tremendous view & historical hotel.

Fairly isolated.

The view is fabulous. The breakfast is enjoyable. The dinner is great, providing regional and traditional dishes.

For poor mobility people, the only way to enter or leave the hotel is by taxi or car.

The hotel is amazing, particularly, the location. It is located on a hill and in front of the old town of Toledo. The staff is attentive and helpful. The breakfast is great.

Even though we had temperatures above 27 degrees celsius we could not use the pool or the terraces and garden around it. It was still closed for winter…?

Service in the cafeteria and terrace was irritatingly slow, from time of taking your order, to being served, and particularly for seeking any additional drink. The waiting staff were as diligent as they could be and all appeared very rushed, it seemed apparent that there were just not enough of them.

Need to drive up to the old town but there was a free parking at “Safont”, and use the escalator to get to the old city.

Swimming pool not open, weather was very warm on one of the days that we were there.

Location is great for the view. Otherwise you should choose closer to town. There is a lot of good food choices at the hotel, but if you want something more you must taxi out. There is a good local spot to eat and have a view very close by but no path in which to reach it. The hotel should pave the way to that destination.

A room with a view to Toledo is something unforgettable. The spirit of the Spanish culture impregnating every corner.

Very very cold floors . Great for summer. We had to put towels on the floor. Some rugs would have been good.
