Staff Cooperation was very good. Rooms were near and clean.

First of all, there was no name on the Building. Location map ended in the middle of the road saying location on the left side. But I didn't find any location. After calling the hotels and lot of hassles finally I reach the location. It is a regular building without any name or signboard of Apartment. I request booking.com to change the rates from Stars to Dots as it is private residence. Breakfast was very salty and not to the standard.

Some of the rooms were super clean and well maintained, but I felt some rooms could use a new paint job. They were still clean though and they let us pick which rooms we wanted so super nice in that regard.

Everything was above expected be it room standard, cleanliness, service and the reception team were very helpful and very friendly It was a business trip but next time Arabella Residence will be my place to stay when visiting Cairo

I recently attended a conference at the Triumph Luxury Hotel and had the pleasure of staying at the Arabella Residence. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the level of hospitality and attention to detail provided by the staff. The check-in process was seamless and efficient, and my room was well-appointed and comfortable. One thing that stood out to me was the exceptional cleanliness of the room and the common areas. The housekeeping staff clearly take great pride in their work and go above and beyond to ensure that guests are comfortable and satisfied. Additionally, the amenities provided in the room, such as a fully equipped kitchenette and high-speed internet, made my stay all the more enjoyable. The location of Arabella Residence is also worth mentioning. It is conveniently located within 5 minutes of the conference center and many local attractions, such as restaurants and shops. An excellent place to stay in Cairo, suits and rooms are neat clean and tidy. The staff are so much kind, helpful and cooperative all the time. Well recommended.

The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The room looked nice, was clean and calm. I had a very good stay here.

To better locate the hotel, a sign outside in English/latin letters would have been great. When you are in a taxi trying to find the place, the Arabic letters alone are a bit difficult to read/spot.

-The room was clean and comfortable. -The staff helped further decorating the room for a special event.

-The hotel location is hard to reach. -No sign for the hotel name and it looks like a regular residential building and not a hotel. -The water heater doesn’t work. -The staff made us wait for over 10 mins to look for the key to our room and still didn’t find it and ended temporarily giving us another room. -The hotel view is poor. -Bad value for money.

The staff was incredibly friendly and pleasant and it was close to the Plaza where I needed to be.

Terrible condition shower- rusted and definitely not acceptable. Wall damage furniture damage- linen accents stained. I don’t like that there is absolutely not concern or attention to major details if you’re going to be a boutique hotel to travelers.
