- La gentillesse du personnel - Les chiens sont accueillis comme des rois et nous sentons qu’ils étaient les bienvenus, 1ere fois que nous nous sentions aussi à l’aise , généralement on nous regardes de travers , surtout en France.. - le buffet matin et soir bien pour le prix - bon emplacement de l’hôtel

it was very positive surprise hotel is that animal friendly, dogs are allowed to the pool side and no extra price were charged for they stay. not often you can find hotels were you can enjoy sunbeds with the furry ones. overall price to stay in this hotel was good .

breakfast is at mornings only for 2 hours. we got early leave for a sport competition and were promised to have take away breakfast ready at 07, however we never got any breakfast at 07.00. the receptionist had forgot us though we asked it twice to be sure to have some food before doing sports. really bad! then another receptionist eventually saved us with some dry bread and apple-bag but mostly asking us "who was the one who promised you breakfast", not very professional. also room are outdated, no balcony but views for ugly rooftop full oh bird faeces..

A lot of noise comming from the club in front of the hotel. No solution provided by the staff until we went to the desk asking for a new room.

Good quality hotel. Responsive friendly staff. Flexible and quite comfortable check-in/out schedule. The rooms are spacious enough. The beds are comfortable. Bed linen and towels are impeccable. Delicious breakfasts, great variety of dishes on offer.

There was a little lack of disposable supplies - toothpaste / brushes, combs, slippers. And here are no remarks more.

i have stayed here a few times and loved it but the room I had this time was awful as was the corridor leading to it. It felt like it may have been used to house homelss people or refugees and left in a bad way. i actually packed my bag and left the hotel at 10pm as I just felt uncomfortable. it’s sad because I would have recommended it to all of my friends

When we had dinner (I invited my family to join me) we were rushed to finish at 9.20 pm - chuck out time was 10 pm. Also when my son in law asked for another bottle of laager he was told there was none left - we didn't believe it. I work in customer service and know the feeling of wanting to finish early but I would be out of a job if I harassed people to hurry

dinner only starting after 8pm isn’t very friendly to guests from Northern Europe. 7pm would be a big difference. breakfast could also be a bit diversified and adapted to tourists from abroad. lots of noise during the night and day , mostly from the neighbouring stores on the not- poolside (roadside). grill options during dinner are a missed chance ( quality of meat/ burgers mostly). in 14 days , we tasted 3 times not fresh or not enough baked/grilled food which could cause trouble to guests. luckily there’s were always plenty of other options to choose from the buffet….

Given a standard room, paid for a junior suite, complained and given suite. Smelled of old dust, and was drab. Reception staff said someone would check the smell, of course nobody came. We bought essential oils to help eradicate the smell. Mini bar was empty. Old TV, not even smart tv
