Great location. In the center of all the attractions. Easy to get anywhere around. Friendly staff, and smooth communication.

Relatively old facilities. There is no floor drain in our bathroom, all water will be stuck on the ground after the shower. We didn’t like the bed either, there was only a thin sheet cover, and quilt sat in the closet separately.

It’s a beautiful property very close to the Main Street / market and restaurants. They have a rooftop restaurant with awesome brunch and cocktails.

Hotel villa paradiso exceeded all of my families expectations. From the breakfast staff to the front desk everyone went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We had travel troubles due to the airport fire in Catania and they made sure we had accommodations so we could move on to the second half of our trip. Giving us many options and also giving us their honest advice, which was very appreciated. They gave us excellent recommendations for dinner and taxi services to get around Taormina. Thank you again for everything!

Great place with super friendly staff, both the reception, and the restaurant. Right in the middle of the city center, super close to Corso Umberto (and 5 m away from The Cheese Shop - the actual shop and the restaurant in the evening) so you go everywhere on foot. You have breakfast with the sea, Etna, and the Greek theatre view. Perfect for your Taormina trip! The room with the sea view is definitely the way to go :) The bartender looks like he is a grumpy type, but he is actually a very nice guy with a sense of humor ;)

There were some small imperfections (with AC or hair dryer) but the staff was trying to help with everything.

The best thing about this hotel is undeniably the location and the view. The location is so central and extremely convenient if you want to walk to Isola Bella, with the steps just around the corner. The view from our room was exceptional. The staff were so helpful and the breakfast was beautiful with a lovely view.

I have a nice view when I opened my window! Breakie with sea view! The staff is friendly. The location is good with eateries around the corner and walking distance to the shopping street and more restaurants for more choices.

The location is the best. The valet parking is very helpful. The host, front desk and atmosphere is great. Very high level of service and attitude. Breakfast is good and the rooftop is just amazing.

We got a room that feels like in the back of the hotel. There was stairways out of the door. Noisy and not a good privacy feeling. We paid a decent price and expected better room. Although it is off season so I assume it was doable.

Location was perfect and views were amazing.Quieter than being on the main pedestrian street but only steps away from this. Located next to the beautiful garden. We had a room with sea view- which also had a view of Mt Etna— stunning! Delicious breakfast with a view as well!

the room was missing some carpet for the cold floor and it was little bit hard with a baby, the breakfast was quite poor and had to pay extra for scrambled eggs.

Historical house in nice condition, perfectly located, family operated, very kind staff, convenient valet parking service, outstanding breakfast with stunning views, nice evening bar. Neighboring public botanical garden is like a part of the property.

The quality of the refurbishment could be slightly better. No worry, everything is fresh and clean, but in detail you will find some unnnecessary shortcomings.

Was clean, near a garden & ocean view

The beds were quite hard & unable to control heat. There was thermostat in room but was very hot to point we had to sleep with window open

it’s a beautiful property . our problem was that we had to cancel our Sicilian vacation due to extensive damage on our California home during the New Year’s holiday historic storms. The hotel, though I explained our dire situation, simply charged us for 3 nights though they knew prior to our arrival that we needed to return home.

please see above. they could have at least refunded part or all of our charges for our non-stay which was the result of our need to return to our home and assess damage and get the insurance carrier involved. this hotel showed no human sympathy, only greed. we will never stay there again.
