Struttura molto bella, ampia e moderna. Lo Sky bar soprattutto di giorno ha una vista pazzesca. A colazione c’è veramente tanta scelta ed è tutto buono!

Sauberkeit im Zimmer katastrophal. Trotz Reservierung eines französischen Bettes, musste an der Rezeption diskutiert werden, dass zwei Einzelbetten keine Option sind. Das Personal wirkte im Allgemeinen gelangweilt und nicht daran interessiert Probleme (wie z.b nicht funktionierendes WLAN oder die Inbetriebnahme des Zimmersafes) zu lösen. Erst auf Nachdruck und Bitten wurden die Probleme mit Hilfe der Techniker behoben.

The location of the property was perfect, right on the most beautiful beach and the room view.

The food , very poor and tasteless.

Rooms are not that big but ok, as long as the beds are comfortable. Shower room is just ok with good water pressure but drains could be improved. Breakfast are also ok, lots of drinks, and fruits to choose from. The hotel has one of the best location because it's beachfront! There are many sunbeds but could be full as early as 9am. Good thing that there is a towel boy who removes towels that are used for reserving before 10am. Entertainment and drinks are also ok! Overall I'm satisfied with my stay.

On our 2nd night, water was leaking from the toilet's ceiling. It's only slow drip at first so I have reported it to the reception and since it was already late, it will be fixed on the next day which was fine by me that time. When I returned to my room, the leak becomes faster so I return to the reception and asked if I can change room. They did gave me an alternative room but the receptionist (the leader) looks like disappointed at me. I know that this is not their fault but they are part of that hotel, and I was asking them politely with a smile. At first the plan was that I will transfer to another room then after they have fixed the leak I will transfer back to the room, so I was a bit disappointed at that time (but not angry). Then I suggested that we can sleep on my daughter's room (we have 2 rooms) and they can fix our room early morning as long as I will not do 2 transfers. But then they just told me that I can stay on that room until my entire stay. What I do not like is that how the reception has handled our case, they are showing disappointment (just bec. I asked for another room???) and we did not received any apologies. We are transferring things late night (11:40pm) instead of just relaxing. When we arrived and I was about to pay at the reception, they were charging me around 4,700EUR. So I asked how much are the additional fees ( tourist fees etc.) so the price that she said doesn't add up since I know how much is the cost of my entire stay on this hotel (Booking.com shows the price). So she did some re-calculation and I ended up paying around 3,200EUR which is very far from her first calculation. So probably it's an honest mistake but she did not say anything or even apologize for the wrong calculation. It's up to her which is the truth. Don't get me wrong on these testimonies, I still enjoyed my stay at Hotel Condesa and would stay there again the next time we go to Alcudia.
