Very clean and smells so fresh.

Breakfast was beautiful, the was room clean and well equipped. The executive lounge was a great addition to the break and we ate our evening meal in there both nights with our 5 year old. The indoor pool was the warmest we've been in and the jacuzzi was amazing.

The pool was fantastic and the rooms are extremely spacious. Excellent gym. The staff very polite, attentive and helpful. The best was the breakfast buffet. Absolutely amazing.

First, there are events on weekends. And during my stay on Saturday the pool was closed for a wedding after 6pm without prior notification to hotel guests. The uncomfortable task of asking upset hotel guests to leave was given to the life guard and pool staff. That's poor management. Towels in room weren't replaced one day, next day there was no bathroom rug. Fridge had to be activated by tech staff because the ON switch was behind the fridge and I couldn't move it myself. Fresh fruits were put into room on first day but not subsequently. And they weren't removed after rotting. Finally, getting called on the first day by phone in the room for booking massage etc. was absolutely not welcomed. Staff was also knocking on doors during afternoons for distributing chocolate. Why not place it into the room after cleaning...? Also no pamphlets whatsoever in the rooms explaining offers and opening hours of facilities... Too many hick ups for this kind of hotel...

Good size room for a family of three. Comfortable beds and nice shower. Lovely gym/spa and nice staff.

Found the male staff at breakfast grumpy in comparison to the female staff who were very sweet and good hosts. The lifeguards are also very grumpy. Lack friendliness.

Everything is okay

Very comfortable. Kind and helpful staff. The pool area was great and offered both sun and shade in and outside the pool according to preference. The breakfast buffet offered a large variety of choices. Well prepared and tasty food all around. The adjacent restaurants were great too. All members of the family were very happy to stay here.

It's a Hilton! and you have everything you could expect. great customer care and attention. so nothing negative to say.

The hotel was amazing, quiet and clean. We had a treatment at the SPA and it was the best treatment we ever had (and we go to many treatments every year) Susana was so accurate and great, she knew exactly where and how to treat the mussels of my wife with exactly the right strength (and it was strong) I got a treatment from Andrea and she was so good I cannot express it in words. When we both got off the massage bed we reacted the same (wow wow wow, it was the best massage we I ever had) I would also want to thank the SPA manager Skeve for taking care of us and helping with choosing the right products from the SPA. She also helped us to choose the right treatment at the next hotel we were going to with a Discounted Vaucher.

The Price Was too high, 2 Nights for Standard room + Breakfast - Almost 700 Euro.

Horrible wifi

The bathroom design was terrible! The bathroom floor is level all throughout the room. The drain was clogged and after taking a shower the water was everywhere in the bathroom and spilling to the main room. Totally unacceptable for a 4-5 star hotel and the only Hilton on the island !
