Erst auf Navhfrage gab es Möglichkeit Saunaufguss Duft zu bekommen

Pyszne śniadanko jest elementem, dla którego bardzo chętnie wracamy do tego hotelu. Pokoje są bardzo komfortowe - duże i znakomicie wyposażone (no, może z wyjątkiem gniazdek). Obok hotelu jest mnóstwo lokali, gdzie można się udać na pyszną kolację.

Myślę, że tym razem wszystko mi się podobało :)

The elevator in our building didn’t work

The room was very spacious but lacked a bit in cleanliness (there were a few dirty spots on the floor, but nothing horrible). In general, staff was rather professional, so that was nice. A huge minus for us was the fact that they gave us room in a building with a broken elevator. I booked in advance and it was a booking for a family with a baby, so it's quite obvious that we would be having a stroller with us. So we constantly had to move that stroller up and down the stairs cause they also gave us a room at the very end of the building, so it would be a long walk with a heavy baby, way too uncomfortable. It was unfortunate that they didn't think of giving us some complementary desert, wine, or spa treatment as a way of apologizing for such huge inconvenience. Also they have a bit unfortunate design of spa center, with a stairs that are leading to swimming pool, it was a bit dangerous, especially without any alternative. When you are holding slippery baby and trying to walk up the stairs... well, not for everyone. Also, if I were traveling alone with my baby, I had no idea how I would get out of the swimming pool cause there weren't any easy entrances to relaxing swimming pool. I'm also not sure what would I do if I would be on wheelchair. So I'm leaving with mixed feelings about that hotel.

I loved the room and its facilities. Built in AC, fridge, kitchenette and an exceptionally comfortable bed. Room cleaning was fast and discreet. I had a very pleasant stay.

One important note: the bathroom floor was *extremely* slippery when wet. Observe care and request a bathroom mat if there isn't one present. I slipped and fell; fortunately I was not seriously injured but it was frightening.

The hotel was incredible. Our room, the hotel, and the breakfast areas were gorgeous, not to mention that breakfast tasted fabulous. Our bedroom was large and beautiful, including the bathroom. The bed had the perfect matress. The fitness center was enormous with a huge variety of modern exercise equipment. We would love to visit again.

Everything was perfect.

We really enjoyed staying at the city park hotel. The hotel is located in a big complex of restaurants, bars and shops. Its ideal for a weekend away and we loved the whole area. The room was large , stylish and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional with great choice. We would definitely consider staying here again.

huge room, comfy bed. this time i got a room in a separate building so dragging luggage around in the winter is well… a bit of a drag. still a nice stay, breakfast is great but always the same options every day (still ok). lots of great eateries around within the same complex. some furnitures/fitting looks like they are starting to crumble apart… may need to do better maintenance- else i can foresee it won’t be as nice for long. great helpful staff - overall still a great stay.

everything’s closed during holiday season and they are still charging the full rate per night. breakfast wasn’t 5 star worthy
