Location was perfect for me Staff was very helpful

Unopened windows are unacceptable for me Bed are too low I was staying in 3 star’s hotel in Rzeszow and it was spotless

Proper way to hotel is not so much good

convenient as near sport facilities

away from any places of interest

There was many short and dark hair on the toilet and in the sink

it was good only for 1 night.

it’s impossible to open windows and also It happened that I was bitten by bedbugs

Room was clean and hotel has free parking or a car.

1) Room had EMPTY toilet liquid soups bottles in shower and sink. 2) WiFi works in the room but has no coverage on lobby dining area. 3) Breakfast had no menu and has been based on verbal choice.. In case you not familiar with Polish dishes - you don't know what to order (what you would prefer). It was no buffet available. You paid good money for breakfast AND get small portion what you order verbally.. I was hungry after having breakfast in hotel.. Definitely my breakfast was no worthy for money I had to pay.. ;o(

it was very convenient for my travel nice clean room with aircon ,staff very friendly,would recommend and if traveling again in poland will go again

The room was clean and the bed pretty comfortable. The terrace outside was very nice too, great to have a coffee or a beer while enjoying the sunshine!

We couldn't open the windows...so, if you like fresh air, not just artificial air-conditioning, you may have a hard time. personally, I love to be able to open the windows haha! Also, when we arrived, there was no soap in the bathroom. We had to ask for it at the reception (the young lady who attended us was very helpful and provided us with plenty of soap!). The location is...opposite the gas station...the good thing about it is that you get a 24h shop where you can buy something to drink or snack. The hotel was a bit far away from the center, but taxis are pretty cheap in Poznan (or you can get Uber) , so you can get to the center in 10-15 mins.

Location

The person at the reception was wearing dirty T-Shirt. The room, bathroom was dirty. Moreover in my room towels and sheets was also dirty and stained.
