Excellent service from your staff.
Wi-fi was bad. Could not connect the whole time we were there.

We had no warm water. Unacceptable.

the lobby is good even the pool area was great
the bed is making noises room 305, the air conditioner smells like cigarettes when you turn it on,no refrigerator in the room, no dstv the tv has 6 channels.🤦🏾♂️ the air con aslo makes noise after some time

I was given a room that looked like it was barely serviced.

I booked this place from Thursday till Sunday
The room was not clean it had a bad smell
And then the next day I went out . When I got back there, people were in my room .
They double book the room with all my things in the room .
I won't recommend this place to anyone

I was not informed that breakfast was not inclusive. That was not such a big deal though.
In the morning there was no hot water in the shower. Room 303

The food was great.
They didn't have 2 pin adapters and sockets to charge phones. When I called reception to borrow one they were very dismissive.
You have to switch on the air con at the socket cos they don't have remotes.
There really isn't anything 3 star about this place.

I loved the room, felt very homely, it had a lounge and the bathroom was ensuite. Aircons in the lounge as well as the room. Considering this is their 'standard room' setup, very impressed. Was clean, queen size bed, nothing to complain about. On the day of arrival enjoyed their restaurant with lovely staff as well as lovely service. The food was good too.10 out of 10 will visit again.

Food n friendly staff
Rooms didn't have bar fridges nd that weren't asked which room we would like on which floor nd also we didn't have our room key to open for ourselves.

Clean and tidy with good aircon.
I didn't like the rule that you can't eat your own food - in effect forcing you to either eat at the hotel's restaurant or eat out.
