per motivi di lavoro la mattina dopo colazione sono uscito ed ho lasciato nella mia camera lo zaino chiuso con all'interno il portafoglio ed euro 500 in contanti - lo zaino è stato chiuso nel mio trolley - la sera quando sono ritornato in camera, ho trovato il trolley e lo zaino aperti ed avevano preso i soldi contanti senza toccare documenti e carte di credito - la mattina dopo è venuta la polizia a cui ho descritto l'accaduto facendo regolare denuncia per furto - i ragazzi della reception hanno solo preso atto dell'accaduto dicendo che siccome nella stanza c'era la cassaforte, potevo utilizzare tale servizio.... non si sono minimamente preoccupati di farmi parlare con un direttore!!!
La seconda camera occupata invece era sprovvista di riscaldamento, la struttura ha risolto il problema consegnando una stufetta elettrica da utilizzare in camera. In quei giorni c'erano 2/3 gradi esterni.....

Kaart gekregen dat niet voor onze kamer was. Een boze man deed de deur open.
Zeggen als je boekt bij booking.com je 50 euro meer betaald per nacht
Bevestiging gekregen bij bol.com qua betaling maar wij moesten de kamer dan betalen ter plaatsen waar de prijs veel hoger was per kamer.

Freundlicher Empfang. Tiefgarage nutzbar
Leider war das Zimmer schon gut in die Jahre gekommen. Silikonfugen im Bad sahen nicht mehr schön aus und die Tür zum Bad lies sich nur mit Gewalt schließen. Das Reiningspersonal roch so unangenehm, dass wir die Zimmerreinigung abbestellt haben. Das Frühstück ist sehr übersichtlich und ist im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis schlecht.

Lo que más nos gustó del alojamiento fue la ubicación y, en general, las instalaciones del hotel.
El desayuno podría mejorar, si bien es cierto que se sirve toda la comida que uno puede esperar, al ser un hotel de 4 estrellas podría tener más variedad en cuanto a la comida que se ofrece.

Comfortable room with good facilities
Security:- I had to face unsecured situations two times where it scared me a lot to stay in the room. A person knocked on my room hard in the evening on my first night and two ladies tried to open my room door with their key cards without checking their room properly. Felt like there was no proper security.

The self service little store for drinks and snacks was really good.
Reception were very slow, took us about 10 minutes just to pay for a breakfast.
Why the bar is not open until 5:30 seems crazy. You have a lovely bar area that could be generating money, yet it’s closed most of the day.
My bath also leaked every time the shower was used (think the screen needs fixing or replacing Room 1330)
I also read that the rooms would have air conditioning but none of them have.

Very pleasant and kind room attendants as well as restaurant staff
There were apparently drunk Spaniards in the next room, who started a noisy party with loud music around 3 o'clock in the morning. They did not obey any request to stop it, not did the Spaniards obey the hotel staff, and so it went on until 6 o'clock, when they must have got tired

The overall stay was enjoyable. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
However, it's worth noting that there was no refrigerator in the room.

Very clean hotel, huge lobby. Room was fine and clean. Breakfast was nice. A bit out centered so no problem with loud people outside at night. Quiet hotel in general, all the public places were very neat.
24/7 fitness with a few cardio machines and some free weights

Great view, perfect location in walking distance of many possibility's, marvelous breakfast.
Parking a bit expensive. Perhaps also for next; if a woman travels alone with her kid, do not give them a room with a common door to the next room. We barely slept as the guests next door came in at 2am and left again around 6am, making really loud noises and we even heard them snore through the common door. Just a suggestions.

the room was bigger than expected as was the bathroom, they were both very clean. the fact the gym was included with the stay was a nice touch (unfortunately we didn’t use it due to a 3 night stay) the private garden that guests can use is also a great feature to the property, finally the downstairs shop was extremely convenient (was a tad pricey but the convenience made up for this)
we had zero dislikes with the property :)

Excellent Hotel. 5 minutes walking distance from Nord Brussels train station. Very easy to travel to Bruges & Ghent bt train. Excellent location. Very clean hotel. Friendly staff. Absolutely value for money
