Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Das Bad war extrem klein und nach dem Duschen stand das ganze Bad unter Wasser.

Die Lage war super. Alles ganz einfach mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Dazu war das Frühstück super. Alles, was man sich wünscht und das in einer top Qualität. Das Hotel ist insgesamt recht einfach ausgestattet. Aber es ist ausreichend.

Location, breakfast and car parking. Shopping and restaurants in walking distance. It does have a small elevator 3’x3’ that is up 4 steps from the lobby. 2 star Mitchlen restaurant on site.

Originally booked a superior double room and we were “upgraded” to an executive double room. This was in the attic of the main building. The room was small, hot, lots of street noise and sloped walls (not good for people over 6’). We were able to change to a family room that had a separate living space with mini refrigerator. This was worth the upgrade for 7 nights. The room was still hot, but we could open the windows at night. The reception area also has portable fans that we used to help cool the room.

I do not know how the location could be better for this hotel. When you walk out the door, you are in front of the central bus and train stations on one side, and a mall with everything that you could ever need on the other side. The breakfast spread was incredible and the gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally helpful.

The hotel is pretty much a standard hotel 3 or 4 stars but nothing special.

Put cooling fans in each room. Room was very warm and muggy even with window fully open. Have a proper restaurant and a bar. Looked into the bar and staff seems to think it is very special. It is not!!

Friendly and helpful staff, reception is always manned. Breakfast is good, with many choices for every preference. It's clean and tidy. Bus stop right outside the hotel, train station is a 10 minute walk. Pretty quiet neighborhood.

Shower head was leaking all over the place, the water tap was full of what I guess is chalk from the water. Very thin walls, you'll hear everything from the other rooms and the hallway. And also there is a church 50 meters up the street, and this rings it's bells every half and whole hour all through the night and day. And at 8 am it'll ring for like five minutes. It's wild.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, very friendly and helpful staff, great rental bikes, great with a coffee machine by the lounge.

There was a problem with the flushing mechanism for my toilet which really needs to be fixed. I understand it’s that specific room.
