La serviabilité et l'amabilité du personnel, la décoration de l'hôtel et des chambres. L'emplacement est central et bien situé pour visiter Copenhague, mais le quartier n'est pas très agréable (environ de la gare, touristique, night et sex shops...) Le confort de la chambre, même si elle était très petite, de même que la salle de bain.

Le bruit dans l'hôtel, la musique en permanence, partout, à la réception, dans le lounge, dans le restaurant, des haut-parleurs avec la musique dans le patio, bruit qui s'entendait dans les chambres donnant sur la patio. Le bruit dans le patio où se trouve le bar de l'hôtel jusque minuit. Le manque d'insonorisation des chambres (on entend tout de ce qu'il se passe dans les couloirs).

The elevator was broken the whole time. Carrying your bag up three flights of stairs is not exactly a great way to start your vacation.

Das Zimmer war winzig und die Fenster nicht zu öffnen…. An ein Duschen war fast nicht zu denken….. kaum Druck und massive Schwanken (heiss-kalt)

Room very tight, particularly in bathroom. Bed was very firm.

Die Aufmachung und das Flair sind prima. Die Lage ist top, sehr zentral, in den Stadtkern geht man ca. 10 Minuten.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, aber mit dem Wissen, wie klein sie sind, lohnt es sich auf jeden Fall ein Upgrade und ein größeres Zimmer zu buchen!

Great design, very comfortable, the spa is really nice. yes you have to pay extra for the spa, but you pay one time for the whole stay, so the price is adequate. we felt very taken care of the whole time.

No utilicé el servicio de desayuno pero se veia super bien. El sector de spa que tiene costo aparte es hermoso, lo contraté y usé todos los dias. Los espacios comunes del hotel son muy confortables y llenos de detalles encantadores. La habitacion tiene el tamaño justo, equipada con pava electrica y un pequeño balcón.

No tengo nada que no me haya gustado. Todo resulto mejor de lo planeado.

Super schöne Unterkunft. Viel mit Holz und es riecht so gut dort. Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt am Hauptbahnhof und am Tivoli. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind in der Nähe.

This hotel is all about being eco-friendly, so it's packed with renewable stuff and energy-saving tricks. But you know what really made it special? The staff—they were absolutely brilliant! From the cleaners to the people at the front desk and even the bar staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The atmosphere in the hotel is just lovely—it's got a cosy, homely vibe that's hard to beat. Now, I'll be honest, it's not the most luxurious or spacious place. The room was a bit on the small side, and the bathroom felt a bit cramped. But overall, I really liked it. Thumbs up from me!

The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. We loved the eco vibe and the toiletries were a lovely touch. We had everything we needed! The staff were helpful and friendly

Location was excellent.

My room was in a separate building to the rear of the main part of the hotel. The room, on the fifth floor, was located immediate to the elevator well and the lifting mechanism which was incredibly noisy all night. There was no fridge in the room.

The courtyard & the pillows! These were the mist fantastic pillows I have ever had in a hotel! Very pretty rooms, it feels as if in Bali.

Location was excellent. Bathtub was very good and balcony was great. Bed was very comfortable.

Room was good but a little small and bathroom drainage not great with floor covered in water even after a quick shower.

The hotel is located close to the central railway station/Tivoli. The interior and the rooms are cozy and well decorated. Staff is friendly. A very good spot to discover central Copenhagen!

Excellent location near main train station and could walk everywhere. The breakfast was very good and the staff helpful and friendly

Outside the room, there was noise from the hallway could do with a thicker carpet on the stairs and landings.

The accommodation has deteriorated a lot in 5 years. Arrogant staff at reception. A much worse breakfast. Worn out and too soft bed mattresses. Bad lift for 2 days. It's a shame, it was a good hotel in the past.
