Hotel is nice but service is a problem.

We booked for 4 nights. The sink problem we clarify at the arrival day and asked to fix, because water stay we can’t clean hands. Then on the reception he told us in the morning will be fix but they fixed it only after 2 days on 3rd day of stay. The second big problem that room was paid but during checking out they tried to take money twice. I have an audio record how she was telling no, room not paid. I was showing receipt she denied and it took an hour to prove and she provided the payment. So, people can miss the flight because on reception incompetent staff. We paid from booking.com but she told call Booking.com it is not in our system and only after 1 hour she clarified her mistake. We were expecting for her apologies but she made us fool. But I made a record. Third problem towels even despite on the tab on door they don’t change. So, for only when I asked directly it was changed. 1 time for 4 nights.

beautiful hotel with good acomodations and very friendly and helpful staff and in a very quiet evironment. Good breakfast included in the price, though I missed some vegan options

Excellent stay with welcoming staff both in reception and in the restaurant. Employees were good at making you feel important and a valued visitor to the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable.

Tea and/or coffee making facilities in the room would have been very welcome.

Bed is not comfortable. Toilet very small. Bad smell from carpet.

Friendly welcome, and I normally have a good experience. The staff are very helpful.

On this occasion the room was very damp, and cold when I arrived. Smelt of wet dogs. It was away from the main building, so avoid this area.

Expresso cafee was with an extra cost at breakfast, second night very noicy - party going on downstairs even if I stayed at second level with closed windowns!

My room was comfortable with generally good facilities. The staff were helpful, especially when I arrived.

The only thing that could have improved the stay would be having coffee making facilities in the room.
