Haus an sich nett, und nett gelegen.
Park Sauna war gut.
Innenhof sehr laut wegen der Bar und 1 Stock roch sehr stark nach Chlor vom Schwimmbad.
Zimmer war sehr rudimentär und sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Leider war das Zimmer auch sehr muffig.
Frühstück war leider sehr ausgewählt bei dem Preis hätte man mehr erwartet.
Der SPA Bereich ist leider sehr sehr in die Jahre gekommen, müsste leider dringend erneuert werden.
Park Sauna war gut, nur leider ist das Licht kaputt.
Personal war auch nicht welcoming…

God plads på værelset - hyggelig spa afdeling med god plads og mulighed for total afslapning

The location is immersed in nature, well maintained.
Bathroom is uncomfortable and also bed and pillows are not comfortable at all.

Gorgeous jewel of a resort, and well located away from CPH, especially for castles & museums [Louisiana is a must]. Your best Comwell experience starts with buying the spa/fitness option [$70./pp/per-stay] and join the other 'robe-wearing' guests wandering the hotel /grounds... made our 3-day stay very comfortable. Found the bar food/service and breakfasts to be hi-lites of the stay.
Needs better information/communication around the resort... in English for all us foreigners, as Danish is not well known... just for health/safety issues alone!
Note ~ the resort is oriented to the younger crowd, so not all that accessible for seniors/handicapped... especially with luggage.

The Hotel is in a lovely setting, the spa is excellent, although Booking.com bookers should be warned about the extra 349dr payment per person to use the aqua spa. Dinner was good but not great, steak had sat on the hot plate for awhile.
The bedroom has no air-conditioning, which made the room very stuffy at night. The breakfast is very average, no staff around as you battle your own way around the buffets, the hot food is shockingly awful, and probably not safe to eat (scrambled eggs were dried out & cracked in their pots).
The place is set up for conferences & the team need further training on how to handle leisure guests differently.

It’s not clear spa access is not included when you book. And then it was not possible to buy as it was at capacity. It was a premium price for not a premium experience.

Staff behaviour was very Rude. Hotel Location and architecture was very beautiful ❤️. My room was near to stears and no one helped me to move my luggage 🧳

a lovely property but the rooms could do with a deep clean, curtains were dirty and the room was super dusty other then that it was a lovely experience. the staff were friendly and very helpful.
the room was a little small and the shower could have been nicer and the water never ran hot

Lovely grounds, walking distance to public transportation, walking distance to sea and beach. Excellent breakfast. Spacious room.
Not a lot explained in english. Seems hotels no longer have wash cloths? Pricey.

Super comfortable hotel with such friendly staff willing to help with any request. We loved the outdoor Jacuzzi.
Its close to walk to the beach and about 5 min drive to Elsinore centre

The property is nice and first impressions entering is good. communal area and breakfast lovely.
The rooms are fine/ok but lack a wow factor.
The bathroom are seriously underwhelming, very functional and look like public toilets in DK. Barely any toiletries, no bath mats so your floor is soaking after showering and housekeeping didn’t wipe it up.

Beautiful location and nice old building. New annexes ok. Large rooms. Good breakfast.
Bad smell at bathrooms. Impractical solutions in the rooms (hangers high up). At breakfast room unnecessary “bottlenecks” where it got too crowded

The location was brilliant, great for the train. Nice that some shops in walking distance. Nice grounds to walk in. Staff very friendly.
No drawers to put underwear and tee-shirts in. Kettle didn't always work. Stains on carpet near bed. Stain on shower floor, needs a professional clean. No yoghurt at breakfast.
