Inget egentligen! Hotellet var fantastiskt, rummet, personalen, lobbyn med baren där man fick ett glas vin efter en heldag på stan. Så mysigt & perfekt ställe! Kommer gärna igen.

Frukosten var god och fräsch! Hade gärna haft ngt mer alternativ men det som fanns var jättegott & vällagat.

The ambiance was wonderful, and the rooms were clean and bright around a beautiful courtyard. Also the beds were comfy. Loved the high ceilings.

Nothing really, although we could hear the fireworks from Tivoli and it took a moment to remember they weren’t random explosions.

Great location, lovely setting and staff were very friendly and always willing to help. Loved the courtyard and wine hour.

Not having any tea or coffee making facilities in the room meant we had to pay extra every day to have a coffee or a tea from reception. No fridge or aircon in the room, all something I would have expected from a hotel of this price range. It was difficult to have the window open at night too as it faced onto the courtyard, where dinner and drinks were served. The room was often not cleaned until very late in the day and often dirty glasses were left for days before being removed.

Great courtyard for drinks and relaxing. Really cool decor and atmosphere. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Really minor issue with shower drainage in the bathroom.

Just like all the residents of Copenhagen, the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and approachable. The location of the hotel is great, plenty within walking distance and is close to metro stations. The hotel were very responsive on booking.com with any queries.

La habitación que nos dieron era hermosa, teníamos ventanas en el techo de mansarda e incluso una mesa de ping pong al lado de la habitación con vistas a la terraza. Todo era perfecto, más que recomendado. Uno de los mejores hoteles en los que me he hospedado, en una de las ciudades más lindas que he visitado.

Nada. No hay nada negativo, y de hecho nuestra experiencia fue fantástica.

Mooi hotel, met mooie kamers en een hele leuke binnentuin. Alles proper en in orde.
