Location is fantastic.

The premises are oddly shaped and it takes minutes to walk from the room to elevators. I found the amenities really disappointing and the personnel not very professional.

Hyggelig personal som møter deg ved inngang. Ligger midt i Oslo, enkelt å komme seg til og fra med kollektiv transport. Deilige og behagelige senger. Bra frokost, med personalet som aktivt ryddet og fylte på mat.

Very friendly staff in the hotel, clean room, rooms get cleaned every day and new towels provided. Breakfast is great and there are a lot of choices of food. The location is perfect, easy to get to and from Oslo airport and most central tourist points of interests ie the Munch Museum and The Opera House. Outside the hotel you have other bus and tram stops so easy to hop on another mode of public transport. I highly recommend this hotel!

Our very cozy room looked newly renovated. The staff were happy to refrigerate some items for us at the front desk. The buffet breakfast was spectacular! We left quite early on our last morning and we were able to get a packed breakfast.

There's too much street noise to have the window open at night. The room is quite small and there's nowhere to hang clothes up.

Poor in room television selection of channels/programming. Room was very small, difficult for movement for two persons.

Close to train station and in heart of the city - great location

The bathroom- the shower in the bathtub - had to sit or kneel to have a shower because the roofline restricted movement - like being in an attic. The bedroom also had hazards - large timber beams - hit my head a few times. It was midnight when we arrived and just needed to sleep so couldn’t be bothered to complain. They shouldn’t give you these rooms without warning you! And it wasn’t in a published photo on the website so be aware.
