Service was beyond excellent. Two stand out people in Star Prestige were Diana who gave incredible customer care and service and Karim(?) from Morocco in catering who was always looking after us and so cheerful.

Some small building works near the pool for two days that we weren’t pre-warned about.

The hotel is extremely well located, near the beach and promenade. it is in a quiet area of Adeje. The pool area is exceptional. It is quiet and inviting. The gardens are well manicured, the pool incredibly clean and waiters on hand with drinks when required. The breakfast is of a high standard with the option of sitting outside where views of the sea are fabulous. The proximity to the promenade and seashore make it perfectly placed for lovely, scenic walks.

The room decor is becoming a little bit dated and rooms are in need of general renovation. Attention to detail, which was clearly evident in earlier trips, was not there when I visited this time eg no wine/fruit in bedroom, no follow up when issues were raised.

It was our anniversary and birthday but the hotel didn’t acknowledge in any way. In the past they have made us feel special but not this time.
