After I booked my stay in this hotel we read so many many bad comments about it. But we were surprised when we get there ! The place is very well located, the room was clean and comfy.. The receptionist are professional and good service. Good food and drinks are wonderful. The breakfast is a most delicious meal you’ll start the day with. Thank you guys for keeping our stuff with you

Very poor selection for breakfast. No pool towels provided, there were holes in bathroom towels. no safe in the room. Hotel Room door didn't lock properly. Hotel staff not very friendly. Wifi connection bad. Hotel grounds very run down.

I didn't like the hotel adding fees and charges on top of the price quoted by booking .com, paying direct to hotel😞

nice pool and great location.

it is looking very tired and in desperate need of some renovations. bedding is old and towels full of holes. we have stayed here many times over the years but it really does need some improvements.

the staff were very lovely

it definitely needs some TLC. we did not end up completing our stay here as there was rust on the walls and the bathroom was not in the best shape. the room was quite run down and needed work done to be in suitable condition

the staff and location was great

no buffet breakfast, no spraying for mosquitoes, pool wasn’t clean, they actually cleans the place for a photo shoot but not for the customers, it was very disappointing

The staff were wonderful and the breakfasts simple but delicious. The pool was lovely and clean and a shallow kiddies section for my 4 year old was helpful.

Breakfast was a buffet as in advertising, no other facilities available.

There were no English stations on the TV. Breakfast was available but no Lunch or Dinner

Food so bad 👎

Don't go by the snaps it's an awful place . The bathroom smelt of the septic . The towels I would rather bathe my dogs . The breakfast coffee pot had white stains not washed for aged the place is screaming out for repairs . It's a run down place surviving . Can be a beauty if it's repaired . The receptionist took ages to check us in . Needs immediate correction

I did not like the place one bit the air con needed repairs . The place is a disgrace

pool was good location was ok

room had musty odour and had a leaking tap breakfast was a limited menu and restaurant closed at 3pm
