Location was good..walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

There was no electricity on 1 night from 6pm to 1145pm. Although it was due to external factors, the staff did not do anything other than apologize and tell us to wait (indefinitely) for it to be rectified. It was an unpleasant experience being on holiday and trying to sleep in a warm villa with no Aircon/fan/lights. We asked them to prepare an alternative accommodation for us, but they refused.

This villa and the staff exceeded all our expectations! Having read a critical review shortly before our stay, we were a bit concerned. In the end it turned out to be one of our favorite accommodations in Bali. The staff was super nice and helpful, the rooms spacious and clean. We also enjoyed the outdoor area. And last but not least - we really recommend to order breakfast, which was amazing and by far the best we had in Bali!

the location was great there is a 24 hour convenience store nearby and the restaurant KILO beside it was amazing. the bed and pillows were comfortable

There were mosquitoes, worms and ants everywhere in the outdoor areas and the water from the taps and our showers smelled like the drains. it’s so bad that every time you wash your hands, your hands will smell of the drains. the place is a bit run down and they didn’t change our towels even when they were wet and on the floors. they just put the towels back up on our rails when they refreshed our rooms. we had to text the housekeeper before they changed it the next day. when we told them about the bad water, they said they repaired it but it was still bad up to the 4th day when we left.

The hosts were very very friendly and checked in with our group every day to ensure our stay was going well and to manage any problems we may have had. They also helped us organise drivers and had options to organise food and drinks. The villa was cleaned every day and was very cosy and comfortable in a good location in Seminyak. Would definitely recommend this stay at the villa!

Fantastic location. Friendly staff, especially the lovely Made Ani! The property manager was great as well. When air con failed we were able to stay in next door villa for a night until it was replaced.Nothing was too much trouble. Made went out of her way to help me with everything I needed, and my daughter loved that she braided her hair each day! I highly recommend asking Made to prepare you breakfast, she’s a great cook! It was nice not having to rush out to eat early in the morning.And at the and we had a delicious dinner feast there too, also cooked by Made.Lovely garden and pool. Big rooms.Comfy beds. Good cold fridge! Awesome outdoor bathrooms.

Air con was on the brink in main bedroom so was not cool enough,but a new one was installed towards the end of our stay. Made a big difference to comfort levels as it was very hot in Bali. Upstairs bedroom air con was also in need of replacing.
