I turned up soaking wet from walking in the rain and was given a warm welcome with the offer of laundry. . Run by a Vlach family who have put a lot of imagination and energy into creating a characterful place. Busy restaurant had a buzz and tasty food.

If you don't like rubber plants stay away. There's the biggest one I've ever seen, reaching three storeys high.

Great location to discover Bitola and the surrounding mountains. Nice rooms, excellent restaurant below. They allowed us late check out - so that we can ski one more day - for free.

The interior is very nice and the food at the food is not so bad either. It is at a good and accessible location. Waiters at the restaurant were okay especially one who was the youngest but acted the most professional. Rooms were clean and modern.

The staff can be a bit friendlier with the guests and I'm pointing out to the lady at reception who wasn't very polite and didn't meet the expectations that we had with previously reading the reviews about how friendly the staff is she didn't explain anything just threw the keys at us and "ordered" ,my partner to move the car even though we didn't have space to leave the car because their vehicles took up 5 spaces. I've been to hundreds of hotels so far and I really like this one but I think that the staff should be more engaging and treat ALL guests equally.

Excellent place, comfortable and clean room, good breakfast, excellent location. Food in the restaurant very delicious, recommend to everyone. We'll definitely be back in the future

The location was absolutely perfect. Small but cozy room, comfortable bed, and very clean. The staff in the restaurant was very helpful and friendly. Available free parking space. Highly recommended.

There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.. It would be nice.
