Sobu sam bukirao nakon otkazanog jutarnjeg leta 18.10. s mogućnošču Check-in u 14:00. U hotel sam stigao malo prije 12:00 i pitao za early check in što mi je omogućeno za doplatu od 10 GBP po satu. Nije baš dobrodošlica budući je soba i tako bila spremna i prazna ....

The hotel served its purpose - all we wanted was a place to stay for one night, close to Heathrow and the car rental pick-up location.

The room service meal was very ordinary, cold by the time it reached us. The checkout staff weren't overly helpful and the room looked as if it had been serviced in a hurry, with a minimum of tea bags etc. The whole ambience was not up to the standard expected of the Sheraton brand.

Rooms very comfortable and clean. Staff extremely helpful and polite.

There was no mirror at the dressing table - not great when trying to dry your hair of apply makeup. I ended up kneeling on the bed as there was a massive mirror above the headboard !! Not great :-(

Great location for access to Terminal 5 via the 350 bus a few minutes walk from hotel only £1.75. Super comfortable beds, great hot shower, friendly professional staff. Room was quiet and peaceful and perfect for an overnight stay before an early flight.

Great room, spacious, clean, quiet after a long journey of travels

Far away from Terminal 5. Previous reviews said the hotel hopper was an easy way to access to the hotel to and from the airport, but the bus service is erratic and not reliable in my experience. You’re best off taking an Uber/taxi.

They helped me in a situation where my flight was cancelled and I had to rebook.

The bus to T5 is not to be relied on. There were 4 times where it didn’t turn up and the staff advised they couldn’t help.

This hotel was accessible via the HotelHoppa bus from Terminal 5 LHR stopping in front of hotel (a big plus when traveling from the airport). The hotel reception was welcoming, clean and well-appointed with areas to sit and relax. Staff was gracious and accommodating at check-in and efficient in accepting our larger bags for overnight storage in the secure luggage room. Our room was spacious with all the amenities you could want, especially following multiple long flights: quiet so we could get sleep, comfortable beds with luxury bedding, room temperature easy to adjust, spotless bathroom had shampoos etc. and coffee/tea service were provided. We had another early morning flight so we did not take advantage of the restaurant. During our short ride from the terminal, this hotel appeared to be the best location/best looking option. Could not have asked for a better accommodation, especially so close to the terminal.

The only drawback was that the hotel is on the HotelHoppa route that only circles once an hour. If you miss it, sit tight! The ride is short and you can purchase a round-trip ticket (individual or family) which makes the return to the airport much easier. Our family R/T ticket was the same price we had paid previous for a one-way taxi from another hotel close to the Sheraton.

The room was so clean and my bed, after a long day of travelling, was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was spotless.

I had to check out too early to experience breakfast, not the hotels fault, just bad planning on my part.

Breakfast was very good, started early and did not end until 11. Dinner was very good the night we ate there. Nice lobby bar that also serves food. Six minutes to terminal 5 by shuttle. Very convenient to get to trains and go into London to sightsee.

Sehr dicht beim Flughafen Heathrow gelegen, aber trotzdem sehr leise. Netter kleiner typisch englischer Ort nach einem kurzen Fußweg. Waren auf dem Rückweg von Orlando nach Hamburg in London gestrandet. Flieger nach Hamburg wurde storniert. Hatten das Hotel gebucht, da Check In bereits ab 14:00h und nicht wie bei den anderen Hotels ab 15:00h. Waren um kurz vor 12h da und bekamen sogar schon unser Zimmer. Vielen Dank nochmal. Das war unser Highlight an dem Tag. Preise im Pub unten waren echt in Ordnung. Frühstück war wahnsinnig gut. Taxifahrt hin 25 Pfund. Zurück kann man ein E-Shuttle für 15 Pfund direkt im Hotel buchen. Prima.

Easy check in. Spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Air conditioning was very welcome. Was surprised at how quiet it was considering the proximity to the airport. Good sized bathroom with a large shower.

I loved the welcome and support from the hotel staff.

Service at the table

The room was huge, exceptionally clean and super close to the airport. I stayed there for the night after a long-haul flight from Aus and got a quick Uber from the airport rather than catching the recommended Hoppa bus which seemed to take a little while to come. Bed was really comfortable, had an amazing nights sleep. Room was also super quiet. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast in the morning offered a good selection of foods and real coffee. I'd definitely recommend staying there before / after a big flight.

The buffet breakfast had every possible food and beverage anyone could wish for. The hotel upgraded my room as the staff person T check in was new and taking extra time to check me in. Very good.

Nothing

The property was very comfortable and was conveniently located to get to the airport. The staff at the cast iron bar & grill for dinner were lovely and the staff on the breakfast buffet and bar were also lovely. The room was comfortable and had all amenities needed.

Unfortunately unlike the bar staff the concierge staff weren’t as pleasant and felt as though we were impeding on there day when we approached the counter.

For a Sheraton, the room was pretty basic. Had all the basic amenities - safe, small refrigerator, Wi-Fi, etc..

Location, access entrance, eye-watering parking charges, general tired-looking facade. Does not look like a Sheraton at all.
