The space for the children to play. We have stayed a few times and the children love trying to find the rabbits

Why is the toilet separated from the bathroom. You can't even wash your hands where the toilet is

Easy to find check in super easy and straight in. Room clean and large space everything you need in there

Being literally down the road from where I needed to be for a business meeting the following morning.
Slightly difficult to find as it blended in with the rest of the industrial estate it is set on.

The room was big and toilet was clean
Reception stuffs were very professional and have good costumer service.
Very disappointed with one of the breakfast stuff Asian looking girl ,
She has been very rude to myself and my 8years old child and trying to argue with me just because i have requested poached egg that we had the day before meanwhile she started shouting . In fact she really did spoiled our last breakfast at the hotel which was a bad experience so far also the floor was stinking of weed smoking from others rooms all night and the alarm was on and off for a while .

Easy location
It had a disgusting smell when I entered. Realised it was coming from the bathroom. It stunk the whole room. The “bed” was broken it was the worse hotel bed ever. They were 3 single beds and they were all as bad as each other.

The reception area was the only nice part.
The room, the attitude of the staff, customer service, noise at the hotel, dirty ripped duvet and sheets. Stayed over to make my work commute easier the next day and didn’t sleep for even one hour, it was so bad. Staff wouldn’t help and then I heard them talking about me when I came to check out!

Good price and ample car park
Toilet eas dirty and the rooms was rather dated. Even Travel Lodge can do it better.

The faculty's were amazing and clean, the staff were really helpful. I had a couple of issues but they where delt with quickly. The room was lovely. A bit too warm for our likening. Breakfast was very nice and worth the price. Thank to all the staff we will definitely be back again soon
The TV channels for free view which are ment to be free don't all work this was a disappointment for my other half as he likes to watch wheler dealers and we couldn't get that channel.
The springs on the matress was starting to come through and we kept rolling into the middle during the night. The bath side was too high to climb in. I struggled and I'm of able bodied they need a step on the outside.

Check in was easy, room was what was expected for cost. Plenty of parking.
Checked in late and checked out early so only saw reception and bedroom, but both were adequate.

I liked how it was out the way so no noise from passing, busy traffic. The staff were all beyond friendly and happy to help, the room was clean, comfortable and very spacious.

The bar man John Paul is fantastic. Went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Very polite. Thank you

the parking was big enough and secured

you could feel some of the bed springs the mattress and some of the doors slammed shut on the second landing giveing me a disturbbed nigth sleep but not all the time
my room was service every day tea and coffe and sugar bed made

Older hotel but large room, toilet in separate cubicle from bathroom. Free parking. Internet not working when I stayed, but engineers called.
Beats travelodge if you can get the rooms at the £50 mark.
Odd location surrounded by roads and on an industrial estate, buy quiet and set in a lot of landscaped gardens and surprisingly peaceful
