It was a very enjoyable stay and everything we needed was provided.

The bedroom, bathroom and the kitchen were all very clean nice to use.

Absolutely nothing this place is filthy, stinks of cannabis  lots of black hair on bed, blood stains no hot water and the owners are very abusive threatening mobsters. This place is dangerous and all the reviews are wrong.

We were welcomed with the very polite staff,showed our apartment,(wich was very cozy) all ammenities.Hot tub/bath was amazing and the bed was super comfy.

Jacuzzi and tv was nice

Some of the lights didn’t work. The tv in the bath the remote for the tv, the volume buttons didn’t work. It was temperamental to use. Some of the cups and bowls were dirty

Host was friendly very accomodating the jacuzzi was definitely a bonus really enjoyed our stay would recommend. Location was great for food everything so close and near by.

It is nothing like we expected! First booked under the impression we were staying in Leeds and it’s not it’s Bradford. We arrived and was very confused ..from the outside it’s just a scuff block of flats! Definitely not 5 star accommodation. Greeted at flat door by staff in tracksuits and were took into strange reception area.. paid a £100 deposit then were took to the room. We walked in and it was nothing like the photos! It was tiny, dirty and It smelt like fags, and the bedding ….well fake black and gold Louis Vuitton bedding!! It was awful! I refused to stay there left and stayed in Dakota which is 5 star accommodation for the same price!! How this is being place is being advised as 5 star I do not know!!

What is shown in the pictures is completely misleading. The area is very run down. The apartments wasn't any better. The minute we walked in, they couldn't get the room money and £100 damage deposit from us quick enough. After seeing the apartment, the unclean bedding, radiators lying on the floor, brocken lamps, broken furniture, previous guests belonging, no toiletries to wash hands, no hot water, 1 glass to share if you wanted a drink. The smell of weed in the room and neighbours arguing outside in the garden area made you feel very unsafe. We got to see another room, which was more disgusting. We had to walk out the apartments and find somewhere clean to stay that night. Now, livit will not answer my messages or messages from booking.com regarding the stay. It's been 1 month, and I haven't had the £100 damage deposit paid back either. PLEASE be careful booking with this apartment! We have lossed £226 and a ruined birthday treat away for the night.

still not received the £100 deposit called several times in regards to it but no one’s answering my phone now seems like they are trying to avoid refunding it

My favourite part of my 17 minute stay in this what I can describe as a crack house/brothel was leaving.

I left my room yesterday after 17 minutes spoke to the person on reception who agreed the room was unstayable but they had nothing left, she actually said there's 2 rooms but I wouldn't put you in them. I've been offered £19 refund by book.com for a room that had no hot water by their words (if you run the hot water to long it goes off), cigarette burns, no bathroom door handle (this actually came off in my hand), stains on the bed sheets, dirty allover the floors, countfeit fake bed covers, electricals hanging off the walls, dirt on and around the bath. How can this be acceptable by this company's standards I do not know...

The spa bath was amazing. The apartment was warm and cosy.

It wasn’t well sign posted ! it may just have been me but I couldn’t see a sign that said Livit ! But a very friendly lady guided us in the right direction

water was on a tank system meaning we had no hot water for hours, the water in the tap was lukewarm despite us waiting an hour for more hot water meaning we couldn’t fill the tub up or enjoy it like we had planned. A few things we found were broken/ chipped.
