Fantastic room, complete with all the amenities you could ever need. Great friendly staff and an amazing sea view.

I would prefer a card to access the doors rather than having 2 codes for the front door and a third for the room.

Staff were all lovely, suite was clean and spacious with a great view, breakfast items provided in the room allowed nice lazy mornings, and mini bar prices were low.

Lift was old, rickety and very slow. Could do with a mirror in the living room area of the suite and a chair in the bedroom. The lack of space on the far side of the bed made it very difficult to get in that side. Also lighting in bedroom, ceiling light, was a little dull.

Beautiful apartment very conveniently located for local amenities and attractions and right on the prom. Nice decor and big rooms.

The apartment ( both of them) and the friendly and helpful staff.We were very late arriving( 10.30pm) due to weather and a member of staff had stayed on to make sure we checked in ok even though we had originally opted for a remote checkin.We were very happy with our apartment even though it was dark we had a great sea view.The next morning we were extremely lucky and was offered a complimentary upgraded suite which was fabulous.(The Constable suite) had a magnificent sweeping view of the whole promenade.It is the best view we have ever had from an apartment we have stayed in.

Beds cripled both of us cooking facilitys no good enough pans had seen better days.

The hotel far exceeded our expectations, the photos do not do it justice. The check-in was super easy and quick and using key codes for the doors is far better than using key cards!

I couldn't find anywhere in my emails or information given to me on arrival when the check-out time was - maybe I missed it...or maybe there wasn't one?!
