Perfect location for Palais Theatre events, great food venues & St. Kildas in all its glory

Brilliant location in the centre of St Kilda, near to shops, bars & the beach. Easy tram ride into Melbourne city centre. Very spacious room with modern facilities. Very good value for money for the area.
Parking at the hotel was charged at $25 a day. We found a 24 hour car park very close by at $18 per day. No microwave in the room but there was a guest lounge at the hotel with a microwave.

Love the location as we really enjoy staying in St Kilda. It is close to the trams, beach, shops & restaurants. The staff are always lovely.
A second towel rail in the bathroom (King with Balcony) would be very handy.

Noisy tram. No detergent or tea towel provided to wash cups . Dusty on top of fridge. Not cleaned to a high standard. Not as appears in photos

I was called a couple of days before to ask when I would arrive
I mentioned 12 noon because I had to be somewhere for 1pm
My flight was moved forward that day and I arrived at 10am
I left my bag with reception while I went for a walk
Reception said they would call when a room was available
After an hour I returned because my mobility restrictions.
I finally got a room at 5 past 1. I dumped my bag in the room and rushed to where I was meant to be. Unfortunately a bit late.

Outstanding location, very short walk to the Palais Theatre and Luna park! Very clean throughout, beds were super comfy, split system in lounge area and main bedroom, secure parking, very quiet during the day and night despite its busy location, will definitely stay again!
Some food and drink options at the hotel lobby or room service would be a nice addition…. Even a few vending machines around would be nice but there is a 7/11 a stones throw away. The shower head was very low, but shower/bath combos are always a bit awkward. Parking seemed a bit steep $25 a day but I am from the country!

The Location was Great! Close to eating, Trams and Luna Park & Lighting
the room had a cracked sink, the beds were joined together and you could feel the join. The Curtains were torn, the Carpet must have had a huge water leak from the bathroom.

Position of motel was good but noise from trams and people in street made for a hellish night. Have stayed there twice before with no problems.
Got woken throughout night by people yelling in street. Woken at 3am by crazy yelling in street then came a street sweeper. Didn't get back to sleep so paid $150 for a couple of hours sleep. Shame as bed, room etc were fine. Maybe room that didn't face onto street would have been better.

The staff here are absolutely amazing, any query I had or issue I had was dealt with seamlessly and with utmost professionalism. I cannot thank them enough for making my stay so comfortable, they truly go above and beyond for their guests.
The noise of a party that was going on in a room very close to me, however, the staff dealt with this so professionally and the people having the party were also happy with the way they were approached and it was all sorted out very quickly.

No couch or chairs to sit on near window for view. Could hear water running most of night.

Location is in the heart of St Kilda, short walk to Luna Park, the Palais Theatre, Trams, Restaurants, pubs, supermarkets. No need to drive anywhere... just pop out the door and around the corner and everything is right there!

Good indoor parking but you have to pay extra and I would recommend to get one because on the street parking are full most of the time. The indoor parking is easy to access.
There is a bar across the road which is noisy so we had a hard time to sleep.
