Where do I start! The whole place was dirty, broken light, bed and ripped net curtains. On arrival manager couldn't find safe key even though I'd emailed in advance requesting a safe. Manager is cross between Manuel and Basil Fawlty from Fawly Towers (UK TV programme from 70s). Manager would benefit from some customer service training as blanked us every time we saw him as he did others. On checking out he never said a word, didnt ask us how our stay was, wish us a good journey home or anything, just took the room key off us and never said a word. Found him very ignorant. We booked a Deluxe Studio which was far, far from deluxe! Dirty, broken furniture. Stains on bed and carpet, ripped bedding and curtains. If that was deluxe would hate to see standard rooms! I would recommend booking elsewhere.

no lift so lugging luggage up two flights of stairs was difficult. no soap in shower. very loud altercation for 1-3 hours around 2am in nearby room

Close to city centre. Budget accomodation. Clean and comfortable accomodation.

Small size fridge Bathroom sink was blocked but staff quick to attend to our needs.

Carpet sticky, table hadn't been cleaned, still had sticky leftover drink? Bath towel was so worn it was more a paper towel than bath towel

small cockroaches, dirty curtains that were too small for the windows to give privacy. One sliding glass door could not be locked.

room had kitchen, with facilities for a family of 4, well set out, Friendly helpful staff.

Good budget place to stay for one night prior to an early morning flight, close to the airport.
