It’s been 11 years since I last stayed here. Still feels the same, safe, well-maintained, guests are considerate, staff are friendly and helpful. Stay prefer this place as it’s nestled within trees and the scenic swan valley.

Perhaps the cooking utensils can be bigger in size.

Clean very well designed great service . Very considerate guests with dogs .

For pet freindly units maybe provide water and feed bowls and doggy bags grab some from your council ( just an option ) .

House is cleaned and comfortable, mattress is also comfortable for a good night sleep.

Wifi is rather weak, the cooking pan that we have in our unit was not in good condition. One of the dining chairs has a broken leg, my friend fit it though.

Perfect size, easily accessible, we had no problems with the room. Location of particular room was great!

It was nice the room was updated and nice.

The blinds were broken, was told we would have a different room to what we got and had an incident with someone trying to break into our car and cabin.

Clean, quite and spacious cabin with parking alongside cabin - which is my preference. Arriving late the keys and instructions were left in easily accessible location and I was texted by the park all the information I needed prior to my arrival.

Lack of mobile reception in the cabin meant I could not get on the internet through hotspot of either of my phones (I have both Optus and Telstra mobiles). I think this is more of a lack of coverage by the telcos for the Swan Valley area however, as it does depend on where you are on the site as to coverage because I have previously stayed at this park, but in a different cabin, and phone service in that cabin was fine. Overall, this was not a drama for me, I simply watched TV and rested more, which wasn't such a bad thing.

Clean, looks new and refreshing for a confortable holiday stay. Nice surrounding as my cabin is overlooking a vineyard field.

It’s a shared property ground with residents co-living in the area. Not ideal especially when you’re on a holiday and you have pick and grumpy neighbors.

I like the suburban location. You get to see the stars at night yet it is only about 25 mins drive to town.

The bed could be better. I generally prefer sturdier beds but thats just me.
