Top Hotel mit ausgezeichneter Kulinarik! Für Buffet Essen sehr sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig! Zimmer sehr gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Lage hervorragend. Einige Schritte und man ist am See. Sehr gepflegte Umgebung!
Preise schon sehr hoch! Preis für eine Fahrt mit der sogenannten Zille 18 Euro pro Person und auf der Insel muss man dann noch einmal Eintritt zahlen um zur Wunschglocke zu kommen. 10 Euro pro Tag für das Parken usw.
Wunderschöner Wellness Bereich mit Traum Ausblick, doch leider keine Liegen am Pool. Die fix montierten Holzbänke sind für ältere Reisende nicht gerade das Non Plus Ultra!

Leider muss die Sauna extra bezahlt werden.
Das Personal an der Rezeption könnte etwas freundlicher und hilfsbereiter sein.

A személyzet néhány tagja a végletekig kiégett volt. Az étteremben a választék között csak sült zöldség vagy sós vízben főtt zöldség volt. 4 éjszakából egyetlen alkalommal volt krumpli. Általában lassan ritkán töltötték után a kínálatot. A levesek minden fűszert nélkülöztek. Sóval sem voltak javíthatóak.Az étterem volt a leggyengébb láncszem.

A Bledi tóra néző szobát foglaltunk, ami az 5. emeleten helyezkedett el. A panoráma gyönyörű, a szoba rendkívül tágas, már-már lakosztályméretű, külön gardróbbal. Funkcionalitás és esztétikum szempontjából is kitűnő (berendezés, világítás, kapcsolók, csatlakozók, Wi-Fi). A reggeli svédasztalos, rendkívül nagy választékkal, a közép-európai és a mediterrán szokásokhoz is illeszkedik. A vacsora szintén svédasztalos, és megfelelő a választék, bár a mi ízlésünknek kevésbé feleltek meg az ételek. A szálloda minden tere esztétikus, tiszta és kényelmesen felszerelt. Az 5. emeleten található úszómedence egész nap nyitva, és számos plusz kényelmi szolgáltatás is van (fitnesz, welness, szobaszervíz). Nagyon szimpatikus a fenntarthatóságra való törekvés, különösen a szálloda lobbijában található ivókutak, amelyből újra lehet tölteni a palackjainkat. A szállodának saját parkolója van, és bár nagyon zsúfolt, de a személyzet segítőkészsége és ügyessége mindig talált megoldást. A hotel kitűnő kiindulópont a környéken található nevezetességek felkereséséhez.
A vacsoraválaszték talán lehetne bőségesebb, jelenleg 1-1 étel van húsfajtánként, pl. jó lenne többféle képpen elkészített csirke.

La stanza seppur molto pulita e organizzata risulta un po’ troppo asettica. Il bagno è abbastanza standard.

On entering the hotel we was really impressed by the look of the hotel and found it very cute the little robots taking desserts around (look out for this) a great novelty. Our check and parking was very easy and we were well taken care of, we loved the location next to the lake and restaurants. My parents room had a perfect view of the lake, we had a car park view but it still felt very private and a great space to relax and have a drink on an evening. We loved that we had access to the spa and laid out on the deck looking at the mountains.
We didn't realise we would have to pay 15 euros each to use the private beach. It came as quite a shock as we had stayed at the other lake Bohinj and could enter the lake at any point and lay for free. I think it just made Lake Bled feel a little too commercialised, but this is not the hotels fault.

super Lage direkt am See - der Ausblick vom Pool am Dach sowie vom Saunabereich auf den See ist unübertrefflich!! Modernisierter Saunabereich. Nettes Personal, gutes und vielfältiges Frühstück ebenso mit Blick auf den See.
Frühstück - es wird leider nur Weißbrot angeboten. Sauna nur gegen Aufpreis

Es gab ziemlich viele Ameisen im Badezimmer.

A vacsorát csak megnéztük, mert nem találtuk vonzónak a kinálatot.

We stayed only 1 night as travelling though Croatia. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fab!!! Pool were a lot smaller than in pictures and freezing!! Free parking available and a small shop close by if needed. Receptionist was fantastic and helpful!

The best choice in Bled! The hotel is of a very high standard and is located directly on the lake shore. All staff members are very nice and professional. The manager Tomaz Jostrobnik arranged the change of our room in a very correct way. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel has an excellent location. The hotel is modern, the buffet style breakfast was exceptional. The bedrooms are luxurious with fantastic views. The staff and service were world class and highly professional. We can recommend the hotel to any tourist.

We were alone in the wellness area and pool. More than enough space in the breakfast area and they had something for everyone. Špela was perfect at the check-out.
Beer was missing in the fridge. Welness cost extra. Balcony was too noisy to relax.

Oh my gosh the views! we had a lake view room and it was stunning sitting on the balcony admiring Lake Bled. The staff were really friendly. The room was really clean and comfortable. Great breakfast too.
The restaurant times were challenging (closed early). Parking is expensive additional cost given the room price.

Very big, modern and renovated room with a fantastic view on the lake. Good buffet breakfast with a large choice, and again a nice view on the lake from the dining room. Good buffet dinner.
Comfortable bar in the lobby and, just a level down the lobby, a Kavarna overlooking the lake with the original famous cake : the Kremsnita.
A marvelous big pool, about 25 m long, on a top floor with a stunning view on the surrounding mountains.
