The hotel is local near the Zoo, which was perfect for us. We liked the pool , the elevators with glass walls and the friendly staff. Our room had 2 baths and access to Executive Lounge and we liked that. Breakfast was also good, although I would have appreciated more vegan options.

The room was a bit outdated and not sparkling clean ( cigar box on the balcony, stained old carpet ,an adherence layer in the bathtub that collected dust and unstable toilet lids). Although we were 3 ( 2 adults and 1 child) and the space was big, the sofa was not turned into a bed and I saw no additional sheets, so basically a lot of extra space for nothing. The room temperature was very low and we couldn’t get it to rise not even with the AC on. Lastly, at their restaurant it took a lot of time to get the food and it was not that tasty, which was a big disappointment considering the prices.

Old school hotel. Comfortable and well kept. Breakfast is good and staff is helpful . Parking is good. Rooms well kept and loby as well.

Bit far from center.

La chambre est d'une bonne taille et dispose d'un balcon (sans chaise ni table, toutefois) et d'une climatisation puissante. Le petit-déjeuner est bon et le personnel qui s'en occupe très gentil. L'hôtel dispose d'un grand parking et d'un spa, avec un beau Jacuzzi et un grand hammam.

Les rideaux dans la chambre ne sont pas complètement obscurcissants, ce qui a entraîné que je me suis réveillé chaque matin assez tôt. À la piscine, il fait un peu trop chaud et il est difficile de trouver de la place dans le petit jardin auquel on peut acceder de celle-ci. L'hôtel est assez distant du centre, si bien qu'il n'est pas idéal pour visiter la ville en faisant parfois des pauses. Toutefois, les taxis et les Uber sont vraiment très bon-marché. La route à côté de l'hôtel est très passante.

Das Fruehstueck ist mittelmäßig. Von einem Hilton erwartet man mehr . Was fehlt sind knackeiger Salat , Gemuese wie Paprika , Gurken etc ….. und das bitte frisch ! Was sie bekommen , bekommen Sie seit 15 Jahren …. Es ist immer das Selbe . Die Qualität auch . Hart gekochte Eier scheinen manchmal vom Vortag erneut aufgewaermt zu sein …… angeblich kann man sich morgens ein Omelett bestellen …. Hab ich nie gemacht , meist aus zeitlichen Gruenden . Allerdings hab ich es auch noch nie gesehen , dass das jemand gemacht haette……

Das Hotel ist so landsam in die Jahre gekommen und muesste grundlegend renoviert werden . Es wurde gebaut als jeder alles konnte , aber leider nicht vernuenftig….. diese Folgen sieht man heute sehr deutlich . Beispiele : Gehwegplatten gebrochen , Badtueren gehen nicht ganz auf , weil die Wanne im Weg ist , Fugen nicht ausgespritzt , keine vernuenftig funktionierende Klimaanlage . Hier wird die Liste ellenlang…Im Winter deutlich ueberheizt (26C*)im Sommer mit viel Glueck auf 24C*…….. ! Die Matratzen sind erneuerungsbeduerftig, Teppiche oft fleckig usw …..da ich selber Unternehmer bin erlaube ich mir eine Mutmaßung: entweder wird das Hotel finanziell stark belastet , also muss deutlich hohe Gewinne einfahren um Gesellschafter zu befriedigen -oder - das Management ist müde . Es laeuft ja irgendwie.warum uebernachte ich dort: Hilton war das einzige Hotel wo ich problemlos gut schlafen kann . Das liegt an fuer mich wie geschaffenen Bettdecken und Kissen . Ausserdem hat Hilton ein Spa und zwar teuer aber lohnenswerte Massagemoeglichkeit ! Sehr gut und professionell! Da nimmt man das ein oder andere sxhonmal in Kauf …… Eigentlich ist Hilton eine Perle ….. leider keine Innovation, kein Wertigkeitsgefuehl und mit vernueftigen Management und Kreativität, einiger kleinerer Investitionen ,koennte Hilton zum Stern am Hotelhimmel erstrahlen .

Not much. The room was big.

When we checked in the receptionist and the bell boy didn’t even move a finger to help us or show us the way to the elevator, then the receptionist asked us if we want a downgrade! :)) that was incredible! The matress was awful, the room very hot - the air conditioning didn’t work yet- the toilet seat broken, the bathtub shower didn’t work. Then, the hotel ventilation was very noise even if it was the last floor. It’s not a 4* hotel for sure!

Locatia hotelului este potrivita calatoritorilor care doresc sa isi petreaca sejurul aproape de natura. Personalul hotelului a raspuns corespunzator asteptarilor noastre si a oferit informatiile solicitate. Am fost cazati imediat ce am ajuns, fara a astepta ora 15.00, acesta fiind un plus pentru receptie. Camera a fost spatioasa, curata, cu temperatura de 24 grade. Spa-ul si bazinul de inot au reprezentat un mod placut de a te relaxa. Micul dejun se serveste in incinta hotelului si a fost bufet alcatuit dintr-o varietate rezonabila de produse proaspete si gustoase. Pranzul si cina pot fi servite la Camara Boierului, situata in interiorul gradinii hotelului, o locatie minunata si cu preparate extrem de gustoase. Noi ne cazam de ani de zile la acest hotel si vom continua sa o facem pentru ca respecta standardele unui hotel de 5 stele.

Ne-a placut totul. Am observat o imbunatatire a serviciilor si a design-ului camerei in comparatie cu luna iulie 2023.

Very clean hotel, nice facilities like pool, SPA etc.

Needs updates. The carpets need to be changed or better profesional cleaning. ( are clean, but full of dirty spots that doesn’t look good for a 5 stars hotel). In our bathroom at least we didn’t have hands soap and shower gel when we arrived, the hand towel hanger was broken. Also the makeup mirror almost broken, and a few other little touches that need improvement in a five star hotel.

Excellent facilities, lovely Spa and pool and the food was delicious
