Too far from the beach

Almost everything was excellent! Comfortable, quiet, clean, fresh. Great pool and Spa facilties...very good surprise! One of the most pleasant hotels I have stayed at!

Not much to point out except the limtied snack and food menu...quiet basic. Service was not the best when preparaing and delivering the snacks. But thats it. Everthing else was impeccable!

The hotel was good and the bedroom was clean and spacious. Great sea view.

There was not enough water pressure in the bathroom. Also, it took a long time to have hot water coming from both shower and sink taps.

It is a modern hotel aimed at families with young children. It all felt clean and new.

It would be better if it were closer to the centre of the town and within walking distance of a selection of restaurants.

I stayed at this hotel quite a few years ago before the latest refurbishment. It was good even then and now I hadn't been expecting everything to be of such a high quality. We have played the very difficult 9 hole course over the years and it is always a challenge and we know to take plenty of balls. The breakfast is perhaps the best that we have experienced in various hotels in lots of different countries,

I think the bath itself was there before refurbishment. It looked OK but there was no safety handle and the water wasn't very hot - not somewhere to dwell too long!

Location, pool, spacious room for family of 4, friendly & helpful staff. Complimentary Ginjinha upon arrival is fun & the bartender makes a wonderful G&T ! A quick drive to the town center featuring marinas and many fabulous seafood restaurants...and beach access is a walk away.

For the price, breakfast should be included.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The facilities in general seemed nice. The room's view.

The smell coming from the bathroom. The gym could have more working out machines and more weights. It was quite limited. The entrance to the hotel is not obvious. More indications should be provided.

The fact the beach was difficult to access for me.

The food at the buffet was very good and there was quite a bit of variety. The indoor pool was also wonderful, especially given the weather in this area which is often overcast and windy. The pool was heated which was great for the kids (and a nice alternative to the outdoor pool which was not heated). The kids also really enjoyed the hot tub.

The service was extremely underwhelming, especially given the price point. While the staff was very nice, most of them seemed completely inexperienced and overwhelmed. No one went above and beyond to help make your stay better or resolve issues and there didn't seem to be anyone in charge. On 5 occasions during our stay we tried to get room service either for lunch or dinner and the phone would ring and ring. When we would try to call reception to address the issue, sometimes they didn't pick up either or they transferred the call to the bar where there was only ever just one person working to service everyone at the par and on the pool deck. So on several occasions we were forced to change plans which was very inconvenient while working or trying to deal with small children. The other big issue we had was that both my husband and I had to work remotely a few times during our stay and there was no desk/workspace in the hotel room (which was very large with two bedrooms). The receptionist told us just to work in the lobby which was right in front of the restaurant/pool area and very loud so not appropriate for someone that actually needs to work and do zoom calls. I asked if I could use space in the large conference center but they said that was only for large events. There was no one at reception willing to step up and help us resolve the issue so we were forced to work in the room haphazardly. These were just two of the biggest issues but there were also a ton of small issues that came up. Also, while the food was very good in the buffet, it was completely overpriced for the area. This hotel is also completely overpriced. While not many hotel alternatives in the area, there are plenty more airbnb and bro options that are better.

From the outside the hotel didn’t look that great, so was pleasantly surprised by the inside! Really fresh and new, huge sea facing balcony with a sunset view. Good value for money.

There wasn’t much of an atmosphere in the hotel itself. Bar staff very nice but a bit slow. The hotel is actually a good ten min cab or +1hr walk to Peniche, there is not much immediately around the hotel. Yes, the beach is only a short walk away, but to get to the area that has a life guard/beach bars etc. is approx 20min walk. We ended up leaving early to go somewhere a bit more lively.

Location. Size of the room. Pool area. Parking area, which was large with plenty of space. The barrier preventing anyone not staying at the hotel from entering the car park.

The shower didn't empty properly, a fact we reported on two separate days, even allowing a workman to access the room, but nothing was done. The aircon wasn't working properly. It would turn itself off within 10 minutes. We reported this 3 times but nothing was done to rectify it, especially annoying as it was during the recent heatwave so temperatures were quite unpleasant in the room. Bar service during the day was practically non-existent. We had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come to serve us.

The rooms are very comfy and spotlessly clean. Large swimming pool outside with plenty of space around it to relax. Nice area near reception to lounge in with a coffee or something stronger.

Dinner was a buffet, not an exceptional choice and cost €35 a head which certainly was not value for money in my opinion.

You get what you expect from a hotel. Room size is good with big balcony. The hotel is clean, staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast is good.

We stayed only 1 night, I don't have anything to mention.
