אהבנו מאוד את המיקום והנוף. הארוחות היו טובות והבריכה הפנימית הייתה נעימה. השירות בספא היה נהדר.
הבריכה החיצונית קרה מאוד ברמה שאי אפשר להכנס ולהנות ממנה (חודש אוקטובר). הייתי מצפה שתהיה מחוממת יותר בהתאם לעונה.
הייתי שמחה ליותר אפשרויות עבור נשים בהריון בספא, למשל מיטה מותאמת לטיפול עיסוי בהריון, ועוד אפשרויות בריכות / חללי ספא שמתאימים להריון ולבילוי משותף עם הריונית.
היינו שמחים אם היה בר יותר מכובד ומתאים גם לצעירים בערב, ולא רק מה שיש בקומה 5. הייתה קצת תחושה שאחרי ארוחת הערב נגמר היום, והיינו שמחים לשבת במקום יותר מזמין בישיבה שדומה יותר לחוויה של בר.
הייתי שמחה אם היה פחות שימוש בחד פעמי מפלסטיק ברחבי הספא, יש כלים מתכלים שטובים יותר לסביבה.

חדרים נקיים וברמה. שירות חדרים נפלא. כל עובדי המלון אדיבים במיוחד. אוכל מעולה!!! גם בבר בבריכה וגם בחדר האוכל.
1. את העובדה שהבריכה מלאה בשוהים ביום כיף. אולי שווה לתאם שעת הגעה של האורחים ולשקול שמירת מקום עבורם. ביום הראשון לא היו לנו מיטות בבריכה עד השעה 4.
2. בעיניי ניתן להוריד את טמפ׳ המים בבריכה. שלא יהיו קרים מדי, אך הם הם היו די פושרים, בעיניי פחות מתאים בימים חמים אלו.

It’s set in a magnificent landscape, the rooms are spectacular and the facilities are exceptional.

The service especially in the restaurant wasn’t the best. Long waiting time, did not get everything we asked for (forks, napkins for examples) there wasn’t any water or glasses at the table and we needed to ask for it.

the location is just fabulous, the meals were a delight and generously served, the management was agreeable and flexible to our needs, there place is beautifully decorated and a joy to stay at.
The shower had a leak and whenever used it caused paddles around the room and overflow that leaked into the entrance of our room- What a shame.

We loved the beds by the pool! The meals offered more healthful fare than the usual buffets at hotels. There was a lovely exercise room and well equipped gym. The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff was attentive.
Even though I'd requested no feather pillows, there were feather pillows when we arrived. They came promptly to switch them, but my request should have been attended to before our arrival. I wish the outdoor pool were open until a later hour, rather than closing several hours before sunset. The room was on the small side (especially considering the super high price!) but was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

if we could give an 11/10 ~ we would give you a 12 out of 10. we loved every moment. The pool, spa was incredible. The food dinner and breakfast beyond incredible and 7 stars. We were pampered and felt very special at a special retreat

It is a good place for relexsation the food is good the spa is good the enviroment is good. However the entertaiment is not clumzy

I like that it was hotel for adults , no children.
For so expensive price the room was pure, without balcony. Also we have one chair in room for two guests . Bad smell in bathroom. The restaurant is kosher, but if the salads and appetizers were good, then the main meat dishes were not tasty, and desserts for dinner, maybe because without dairy products, I didn’t like it.

It's a beautiful hotel. The location of course - it's in the midst of an expansive forest, overlooking an exceptionally scenic panorama stretching from forest to sea - couldn't be better. The facilities are first class. The food was plentiful, varied and for the most part excellent.
it's a bit pricey but that's to be expected here
I didn't see why the shower was designed in such a way that it's difficult to prevent water from emerging into the bathroom

Food amazing, accommdation perfect. Wonderful relaxing and peaceful stay.
On arrival there was an error and my credit card was charged twice, as it was an international cc it took 4 days to return funds!!!
During my balancing massage i think the masseuse wasnt paying attention when doing my feet and may have been reading something?? her phone!.

The gym is great, I had a great Tabata class, Sapir, the instructor was great!
Dinner was terrible, a late hour was scheduled for us, there was no food at the buffet, the food was cold and the steak was dry
The waitresses were tired, not nice and their uniforms were dirty !!

incredible hotel, amazing views, healthy food, helpful staff, hiking trails close by, indoor and outdoor pools were superb, tranquil and peaceful atmosphere throughout the entire hotel.
the dining area was uncomfortably crowded at all meals, the rooms were a bit smaller than expected, each room had a porch, but the next room was very close and there was little privacy on the porch because the divider was not opaque;
