המיקום ממש על הים, הצוות של בתי הדירות מקסים- ביקשנו מיטת תינוק וקיבלנו והם היו נחמדים. הלובי גדול ונחמד מאוד, יש מקום לשבת. המטבח מאובזר ואפשר לבשל שם.
אין מקום לחנות כמעט בחנייה שבחינם, והחניון שפנוי הוא בתשלום (35 ש"ח עד 12 בלילה, אבל צריך לשלם שוב בכל פעם שמזיזים את האוטו).
יש רק מפתח אחד לדירה, וחייב להשתמש בו כדי להשתמש במעלית אז זה דיי מגביל יציאה נפרדת של האורחים.
כדי להגיע לים צריך לצאת מבית הדירות וללכת מסביב, אין יצירה ישירה לים אלא אם הולכים דרך החנייה ומאוד חם ומלוכלך שם.

Удобное расположение практически на пляже, прекрасный вид из окна, почти всегда удавалось найти место для парковки. Наличие стиральной и сушильной машины.
Очень мало посуды, пришлось многое покупать.

Parking- no parking outside and the indoor parking garage was a mess, dirty and smells bad.
Lobby was super hot. No air conditioning.

We were not allowed to sit in the lobby,

We enjoyed the beautiful view from the apartment and the location right on the beach and next to the restaurants and bars.
The apartment and the building were clean, although the building needs renovation.
The communication with Ella was easy and efficient.
The porter at the reception barely spoke English, the check in was slow and he directed us to the wrong part of the building, so we had to go back and forth several times until we found the apartment.
The soundproofing of the wall between the bathroom and one of the bedrooms was poor, so we had to avoid using the bathroom sink when someone was sleeping. Also, the sewage pipes behind the washing machine need to be checked.

The room was ok. The outside was dirty in the front and back. No reception desk.

The location was nice right by the beach however the amenities the building was all under construction. Rooms were spacious.
I got to the building didn’t receive keys till a hour later ! First they claimed they were looking for the keys then they said my payment didn’t go through. I finally get the apartment keys I walk in and notice bugs all over the floor extremely dirty apartment. Couches were sandy floors were dirty old dirty furniture dirtiest coffee machine out dated everything they had there.

nice beach front location . I which we could have stayed longer. The owner was very helpful.
My only comment would be maybe have some kitchen towels and or some paper towels . We only used 2 cups and a couple of spoons so using the do would be extremely wasteful.

very disappointed with the service. i booked for my family, there was an error with payment so we booked room again and contacted owner to inform them not to charge us twice. despite that we were charged twice. even though booking.com were willing to refund us the first room the owner took payments for both rooms with refund. money making in my opinion and ruined our stay there. not personable at all. i would not stay again

Host was very professional and friendly
Apartment was dirty ,stains all over the walls and ceiling floor in some area are molded and dangerous for life conditions, power outlets broken and my wife got an electric shock trying to plug in the phone, it was over priced at least tree times

The location is perfect, however since it's a popular beach with the locals free parking can be a challenge, there is also parking below the resort as a last resort. The restaurants located there offer a great selection of items and even offer vegan/vegetarian options as well.
One could not ask for a better location right on the beach. The room was clean and furnished with cleaning and cooking essentials. We had a beach view and loved every minute of it. I look forward to staying here again when we visit Haifa in the near future
Service levels vary from country to country, so make sure to keep in contact with Ella via WhatsApp if not a local she is the manager and will do everything possible to accommodate your needs

the building is very old and outdated. the room was very humid. the bathroom was very old too, the shower was broken, the ceiling fan was dusty, it hasn’t been cleaned in forever.
