Front door staff. Very welcoming and helpful.

Had a lovely stay. Staff were absolutely fabulous, attentive and kind. Even got upgraded. Breakfast was yummy. So much choice and the restaurant’s food was delicious. Personally I had a great time there and I would definitely return.

Restaurant was horrible and expensive, food was highly overcooked and staff was unprepared, incapable of explaining basic dishes.

The key to our room didn’t work minimum once a day, sometimes multiple times a day, and while they sent someone to fix it right away every time, it still took a while, with us and the kids often wet from the pool waiting for a while before we could get into our room.

I think the room must be upgraded ( paint , old Furniture ) It is very very basic inside the room. Very poor set up. For a 4 start hotel room must be In better shape ! Bed was comfortable!

Beautiful location & a cool cultural touchpoint. The restaurant was also quite good.

Tap water was pretty brown, they charged for in-room coffee at the minibar (something i’ve never seen before), quite expensive for the quality of the room. There wasn’t a good workspace in the room.

the pool and the restaurant were the best things of this hotel

the suite was very outdated and we had AC issues which however were fixed on day two

It was a pleasure to stay at the former house of Vinícius de Moraes and learn a bit more about his life. Laying at the pool area listening only to Bossa Nova songs was delightful. Breakfast was delicious and the staff is very welcoming.

Charm of the property. You can interact with old items of Vinicius de Moraes. The place is in front of the beach.

i found the facilities to be basic. Although I believe it is is line with what you pay, because of the history of the place I would not mind to pay more and have more comfort and luxury. The staff are nice people, but they lack some hospitality training, some times client orientation is not there and that can be a bummer for many people.

I loved the boutique hotel and it’s simple and Brazilian style and the amazing food and location by the sea. The breakfast was perfect and a great place to start our travels as it was near enough to the airport. The area is great and the beach and hotel grounds are beautiful.The feel of the hotel is great and it has a good vibe and I want to stay there again ! The photons are from me and taken on my phone.

The property could get a bit more paint on the walls …. the rooms are simple but adequate. There is marble in the bathroom and it feels like a holiday destination.
