Before you can reach the reception theres a stairs and no elevator and no one helps if you have big luggage.

The staff was very nice. The room was small but this is Japan so small rooms are typical. Location was where I wanted to be. Breakfast was great.

small casual hotel. close to the sangenjaya metro station. staffs are very friendly. you can buy alcohol drinks at vender machines on the lobby floor. self laundry. coffee machine is also available 24h. small room but acceptable.

The hotel was booked because it was 10 minutes from our relatives house. The staff was nice, check was easy and the room had everything we needed for a nights stay. They beds were form, but we slept great.

The rooms are very small. We got 2 rooms for 4 of us and that worked best. They put us next to each other, which was great.

The hotel staff assisted me with my luggage. My luggage was very heavy, and they assisted me all the way to my room.

My plan included breakfast, and it was quite good. But it was the same western breakfast every day. So I asked for Japanese breakfast, and they accommodated for that request. That was wonderful! They also serve freshly baked goods every evening at the lobby. WiFi is available in every room even though it's not advertised as such.

Small but enough to take rest, bed was nice
