Service and staff were terrible Very expensive Unclean private and public facilities Genuinely the worst place I have ever stayed in Bali in 20’years of visiting

I loved how relaxing the environment was and the location

The swimming pool is fantastic. The breakfast is great!!

The room seems a little bit old. The fridge made a noice continuously very annoying and in the morning even though we would have slept people, in the aisle woke us up while cleaning for the made noises.

朝食はブッフェでとても美味しいです。 ホテルの隣にミニマートがあり、必要なものは購入することができます。ATMもありました。 ホテルからビーチまで徒歩5分くらいで、とても綺麗な夕日を見ることができます。

プールサイドのトレイは綺麗ではありませんでした。 また、写真で見たよりも宿泊した部屋は古く、清潔ではありません。 エアコンはカビ臭く、食器はカビが生えていました。 プールサイドの部屋はとても良さそうに見えましたので、私が予約した部屋のグレードの問題かもしれませんが。

The room was neat and tidy. It was well positioned in the complex. The restaurant, particularly the breakfast was very good. The pool and surrounds were comfortable and relaxing.

Size of the room was good. Staff were excellent

The bathroom was not for older or disabled people. eg You had to step over a bath edge to access shower. The bed pillows were very uncomfortable and had no support

Location is a plus being central with so much happening in the surrounding area. The hospitality continues to be exceptional which is the catalyst for us returning and look forward to doing so again.

Noticeable this trip was the lack of maintenance in general which did detract a little from the experience. Having brought a friend this time recommending the Resort it was disappointing to see our rooms, 708 & 741 little tired and in need of a make over, bathrooms in particular. Understanding the lack of trade through the difficult Covid years and financial restraints have not helped hopeful on our return thigs will have changed. Another great time had thankful to everyone

The eternal problem of people saving the best lounge down at the pool!

Room was spacious and clean. Resort is located in close proximity to Kuta beach and market Area. Breakfast was good but Resort has Italian restaurant which is awesome.

Gaming facilities at the hotel and breakfast can be improved .

Friendly staff, large pool, large rooms, cleanliness.

The breakfast is good with you typical local and westerns style option and it’s located smack bang in the middle of Kuta, although you wouldn’t notice until you stepped outside of the hotel..

Nothing to dislike about this place at all

The location is very good. Nearby all the restaurants and 5 mins walk to the beach. Lot of options for food, spa and shopping.

It will be good to have more options for people who don’t eat fish and seafood

Wifi was not working in my room I had to call each time to fix it It was really inconvenient for me I couldn’t have my work done and I couldn’t connect to my family and friends easily It spoiled somehow my stay The bathtub got stuck the other day Land line was not working and after they fixed it still not working properly For the price I paid and for the hotel reputation I am disappointed For payment as well I had to check twice with The staff to give the right price, I was given wrong price higher than what I am supposed to pay, I hope it’s just a staff mistake

Close to bars and restaurants. The pool was amazing. Breakfast lovely. All the staff were so nice.

I loved the property it was in a great location. We got upgraded which was amazing

The bed was a little hard and the drain smelt in the shower only when you ran the shower

The property is very disgusting not clean the floor was very sticky. The only good thing about the hotel is the location staff is not friendly no good service

The suite was beautiful the gardens were purposely build to shade the resort naturally They provided added services which we didn’t know every day we had a amazing afternoon tea The staff would come around in the evening to see if you wanted clean towels or anything followed by a bedtime snack with a note saying have a lovely evening and turn down your bed tidy your room

The reception area was open planned on arrival the heat inside reception was incredibly muggy and hot we were left for about 10 mins waiting at reception desk But as we had a suite we were invited to sit in the suite lounge which is air conditioned but sadly I would of thought we would of been offered a cold face wash and a refreshing drink instead offered a warm bottle of water on arrival The only other issue was breakfast the juices were warm making them not inviting to drink The way the buffet is designed there is no place to sit your plate having to hold in one hand lift the food contain lid but then you needed another hand to put food on plate which I found a bit frustrating when you are on your own

окна выходили на проезжую часть и было шумно от ресторана, мало солнца на территории и много тени, сыро в номере, этот отель очень любят туристы из Индии.

Le bruit … toujours le bruit … ça vient autant des clients qui n’ont aucun respect dans les parties communes , ou des travaux constants que le personnel commence dès 9h… nous avons eu la chance d’avoir des travaux dans la chambre juste en face de nous !!!! La salle de bain assez sale pour un 5 étoiles

Beautiful tropical property with a stunning pool. Good breakfast with the options changed daily. The Spa was lovely with a divine massage. Very large standard rooms, very clean. Staff a very accommodating and very helpful. Although the location is at a busy intersection, when you enter the property, you do not hear a sound from outside. Very relaxing vibe with a touch of luxury. Would definitely stay again. I stayed with my 7 year old grandson and it’s a very kid friendly property.

Just a small complaint, but it’s more a personal preference than something wrong. The pillows were little on the soft side for me.

Staff were really friendly, property is very clean with an amazing pool right next to the bar!

We loved everything about our stay, the grounds, water features and pool area is just beautiful it was so lovely and every day you noticed something new. Rooms are very spacious (bathroom is very tiny) but clean and had everything you need Breakfast is amazing wow it’s hard to stop eating, omelette station, so much hot food both western and Asian, great fresh fruit and yoghurt selection and the noodle station is so good best noodles I’ve ever had We loved our stay here and highly recommend

Alcohol was really expensive they were charging AUS$5.80 for a Bintang at the pool …. We bought them from 7-11 as it was just too expensive drinking at the resort They pushed 2 single beds together and you could feel the gap and the mattresses were about 30 cms smaller than the bed so you had to step on the frame to get into bed …. Weird

Beds were quite firm for us. Room service dishes took 24hrs to take away - had to ask them to remove.
