Loved the location and it was quiet. Only a couple of minutes walk to bars and restaurants, 5 minutes to tram, and bus stops.

It was a little tired and we were told there was no breakfast in December but we saw people having breakfast

Room was clean and staff polite. Great location.

Room was verry noisy. Could hear all neighbours as well as people living across the driveway letting to little sleep. View to neighboring apartment spoilt the stay.

Good beachside location..great huge bed..very comfy..friendly staff...gave us a kettle for the room..clean and tidy.

on arrival it was difficult to park to unload our cases..but eventually we sorted it..personally an unnecessary charge for the car park...fridge in the room didn't work...no kettle or cups for making own drinks..our view from our balcony was directly opposite the local catwoman..with 10 cats 🐈 and a balcony full of dirty washing etc...I'm sure we could have been moved to a different room..as hotel wasn't full..and altea are doing the promenade up so we were awakened at 8am with heavy machinery working all day..but this wasn't the hotel's fault...but we thought maybe the hotel could have maybe given us a few things to compensate for the continuous noise..maybe free car parking or a complimentary breakfast or something...

Location is very good, central position. Plenty of bar's and restaurants nearby.

The bar and restaurant in the hotel only open during the day till 5pm. Closed at. Night Standard room very tired in need of decoration... black mould in the bathroom.

it was good location and place was okay

would have liked to have coffee in the room. we asked if possible to hold our luggage for a few hours after checkout and they said not possible.

It was at the seafront. The staff was friendly. Lots of parking space and it was clean

Despite it was convenient a bit overpriced bearing in mind it is a bit old. The only issue for me was that I asked beforehand if the room had a fridge ans they did say there was one. However, there wasnt any and they told me it was just for the deluxe ones.

Nice, quiet and peaceful for such a busy pleace near the beach. The hotel had a beautiful seaview amd the food was good. The staff was friendly

perfectly situated. and extremely good value for money. it’s basic but u get what u pay for. we just wanted a cheap few days away. lots of lovely bars and restaurants nearby too. the staff were all lovely and really helpful too

amazing view, easy parking / night parking, access to the city center, restaurants and the sea of course

the beach is stone beach so you need special slippers but it’s everywhere in altea

Shame the promenade was being worked on further along. Will be lovely when done. Beach is stone would have been lovely if sand. Resort would have been a 10 if not for these things.
