Cuando llegamos estaba sucio el suelo y el sofá con restos de los antiguos clientes, mucho ruido de tuberías de madrugada, muchísimo calor en la noche, ni aire acondicionado ni ventilador, la única opción es alquilar un aparato, ¿una zona de tanto calor y hay que alquilar?no es lógico. No hay ventilación en el baño y al usar la ducha el agua se sale y la alfombra queda empapada. La puerta de la entrada por la noche daba golpes aún cerrada con llave. Las toallas no secaban, hemos tenido que comprar, el alojamiento no te avisa con antelación de que las toallas no se pueden sacar del apartamento, tienen una piscina, si viajas en avión lo menos que quieres es tener que llevarte toallas. Solicité dos camas individuales y una de matrimonio, me comentaron que según disponibilidad y si no me las ponían juntas para formar una grande, la sorpresa que las camas estaban sueltas y ni siquiera un lo siento no tenemos disponibilidad, qué pena, fuimos con muchas expectativas pero nos defraudó a toda la familia.

The restaurant was so close to the accommodations, clean, very good menu, friendly staff and good value. The swimming pool was clean and lifeguards very good. Very safe complex.

The short notice about the two pools being closed and renovated. It was inconvenient for us to have to pack a bag and stuff to go to a different site with kids. We should have been offered compensation of some sort, even a small amount. The third pool did not suit two of our kids. We did not relax the final 3 days around the pool as the kids needed constant help swimming in the deep pool.

Friendly staff & location

Check out time could not be changed. 11am is very early especially when you have a late flight. Spoke to couple on the way home & their accommodation let them use another free apartment to stay in until they needed to leave.

Short walk to the front but far enough away not to be disturbed in the later evening by the busy street. The apartment was very clean, staff accommodating and friendly when we decided to extend our stay, we had to move apartments but we were happy to do that as it was short notice, we were moved to a wonderful apartment with a large balcony that gave a sea view and pool view. The poolside cafe does a good breakfast at a reasonable price. Pools are lovely. Pictures do not do these apartments justice, highly recommend and will return next year.

I have nothing negative to say.

Lovely gated safe complex only 5 min walk to main strip. Very clean accommodation. Basic but had everything we needed. Pool bar was really good. Fab food and very reasonable. The Sunday roast dinner was gorgeous. The staff at the pool bar are great too. Plenty sun loungers by the pool. We stayed in acuariosol 2 which over looked the big pool and pool bar. Spotlessly clean pool and loungers. A very quiet peaceful complex at night even though so near to strip. Numerous supermarkets nearby also which was handy.

No air con !!! We had to hire fans which were not great. The female lifeguard at the pool was ridiculously strict. It was uncomfortable to watch guests with children being told off over the slightest thing. It was like she was waiting for a child to make a mistake! They were made to feel very unwelcome. It should be advertised as adults only if that's the case. I felt sorry for the kids and they were all good kids being watched by their parents. Maybe a little music around the pool would create more of an atmosphere. Nothing too hectic but some bit of music would be nice.

The staff wear very helpful.
