Staff helpful and very friendly. Very comfortable beds. Good location close to the centre of the town and to the train station.

Noisy ventilation sound in my room. Could not figure out whether the noise came from outside the building or from the bathroom. Was ok with earplugs, though.

No receptionist after 3 pm, phone number on the door not answered, problem to open the entrance door in the cold at 3.30 pm, instrcutions not clear how to use your phone to open. Cold room and basic breakfast for 15 euros (no toasted bread or toaster to do it yourself, no fresh fruit, no almond milk, no hot food. Wifi signal not good.

Central location, quiet room with good bed, good shower (Rituals shampoo nice touch), communication with staff via app. I liked the packed breakfast delivered in the room.

Location was good. Bed was comfortable. Staff very friendly once we'd managed to check in. Breakfast room very pleasant. Breakfast was delicious and staff extremely helpful. Comfortable feel to the hotel.

Check in was difficult for us as we had no data and entry was via key code. Reception is attended until 15.00 - check-in is after 15.00 so as long as your phone works it should be fine. Once checked in everything fine with room cards. Whilst we enjoyed the quality of the breakfasts (delicious products) we were quite surprised at the amount of packaging used. Room was comfortable ("deluxe double"- room 108, on first floor) and there is a large terrace - complete with tables and benches - directly outside the room's large windows. It looks like in theory guests could sit out there - so potentially a particularly noisy room in better weather. Would have to keep curtains/blinds closed for privacy.

Got woken up early on the morning of check out due to plumber arriving to fix something in the room. Staff member on reception was very apologetic and offered coffee/something to eat due to inconvenience. Not a big problem at all

The lighting in the rooms was a bit complicated and some lights didn’t work. Reception is not manned after 5 so you have to phone if there are any problems but the keycard system worked well. Breakfast was very good and wholesome but all served in paper and plastic which was a bit sad.

Such a nice and spacious room. Interiors were simple but very pleasing to the eyes. Theres an elevator for those with big luggage. Also a nice short walk from Leiden Centraal station to get to the property. So many good shops, cafes, restos around the area. Very very convenient access to the entry points of the hotel. They attend to the guests needs as much as they can. So happy to have stayed here when i was in Leiden. =)

Complicated communication, difficult instructions, internet and the shower.

Hotel very central to train/bus station, plenty of places to eat and drink. Room cleaned every day and staff very helpful.

Staff were excellent. Location is convenient.

felt like a converted boarding house. Email communication poor - we got the code at 9 in the evening?breakfast arrange poir. the road system also makes it hard to find . not ideal for a family - maybe ok for young couples

they did not properly explain the parking to us which ended up getting us a parking ticket of 70 eur! the hotel did pay back the parking we paid for to the hotel when we complained but it was still expensive and unnecessary (I also had to remind them they had not yet paid back when they told us the 1st time)
