Convenient location opposite the BH Shopping mall. Rooms clean. Good Japanese restaurant.

Felt somewhat tired. Rooms large, but not particularly pleasant. Somewhat spartan. Mediocre breakfast - for example coffee machine broken two days out of three, with little evident attempt to fix. Standard laundry service takes two days.

the gym facilities are a bit old and its very contemporary design in the rooms

I love everything about this place. I travel for work and have a good idea of what MAKES a hotel. Service, location, comfort, cleanliness. This place has it all. Best breakfast I have had! This is the second time I have stayed there and I will definitely be back.

One thing. No way to call front desk from room or instructions on how to reach them.

Good breakfast and service. Decent size bedroom with large Queen bed and comfy mattress. Clean bathroom with a good walk in shower. Staff were friendly and spoke English which was helpful as I didn't speak Portuguese. Had a paying car park which guests could use. Great Japanese restaurant at the hotel with a lively vibe. The interior decor was modern and well designed.

The outdoor swimming pool had leaves in it, so was put off swimming. In the bedroom you could hear the road noise so woke when it started getting busy outside. Probably not a problem if you are a heavy sleeper.

I had an amazing experience at the Caesar Hotel. The staff was very friendly and always whiling to help. The breakfast was beyond delicious. I love Brazilian cosine. I want to thank each Caesar Hotel staff for the lovely and amazing experience. Thank you all!!

it was centrally located and had onsite restaurant and bar, the staff were very nice and accommodating.

it was overpriced, lights didn’t work, things in the room were falling off the wall, paint and cracks all on the exterior wall of the room. $600 and no free breakfast, pool is not heated, wifi never worked.

The bathroom of my room didn’t have light and take a long time to check in.

Stayed here alot over the last year always been well treated by the staff no requirement I as for is ever a problem for them . Highly recommended
