Wir lagen direkt am tgv hauptbahnhof, aber im zimmer hörte man nichts

Restaurant gab es keines im hotel und die bar war wegen renovierung zu. Hätte man mitteilen können. Kein kühlschrank in den zimmern

être obligé de payer pour avoir un thé ou un café dans la journée (trop cher) nos fenêtres donnait sur les pompes à chaleur, trop de bruit.

It was near the train station and walking distance to the old city.

The rims head a horrible sewage problem and flies came from the plumbing that buzzed and the room all night. Two different rooms were uninhabitable.

Locatie midden in centrum bij trein station. Kamer was 2 weken geheel gerenoveerd. Was mooi gedaan en erg van genoten. Beoordeling is dan ook daarop. Nog niet gerenoveerde kamers kunnen we geen oordeel over vellen.

Renovatie was nog bezig van de ontbijt zaal, receptie en lounche ruimte. Badkamerraam ontbrak gordijntje. Nu handdoek voor gehangen.

Hôtel très cosy, bonne taille de chambre et de salle de bain, aucun bruit pendant la nuit. Le personnel d'accueil était très bien, très compétant.

Il faudrait une lumière au plafond de la chambre, ainsi que au dessus du miroir de la salle de bain. Comment régler le chauffage ou la climatisation.

L emplacement à 10mns de la place kleber.l acceuil. La chambre au 4e étage spacieuse Le lit confortable.le petit déjeuner est complet.

Reception staff who incorrectly advised is we had not paid for our breakfast. Blamed other reception staff for being new. We had evidence we had paid correctly. Breakfast room very basic and not value for money. Egg cooker didn’t work - staff were aware - however they continued to let people try and use it and end wasting the food.
