Location was superb and close to everything needed. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly helpful and attentive.

All good, friendly and helpful staff, good and clean facilities, well situated and decent value.

Staff were great. Room was great. Location at the end of the Avenue was perfect as the hotel is located just at the end of the Avenue. Close to champagne houses and easy to walk to everything.

on 19 December 2022 booked a prestige room on Booking. com on the basis of the pictures on their site and description which included a walk in shower which was essential because of my husband mobility tissues. the hotel refused to give us that particular room and offered a much inferior, smaller and without the shower. we managed to get the room that we had booked, by being forced to pay 70 euros on top of the rate offered by Booking. com. Then we discovered that the room had no radiators and was icy cold. on our request two electric heaters were placed in the room, but they were set to max temperature of 18 and 22 degrees. not enough to heat a sizeable room on a cold December night. on top of all that we were only given one bath towel which we had to share. Given all the above I don’t think that the room commanded the rate of 310 euro per night. breakfast not included.
