Fabulous breakfast, lovely hosts who were helpful and responsive and good accommodation. Fantastic champagne selection too.

Double bed was a bit soft for us and the frame was unsteady.

Everything you needed in the apartment, washing up liquid, washing up sponges, paper towels, tea, coffee etc Large fridge with separate freeze compartment. Water and champagne in the fridge chilling if you wanted to purchase and drink in your apartment. Very clean apartment. Was lovely to have a breakfast every morning that you didn't have to prepare yourself. The garden is an oasis, a great start to the day to sit there and enjoy your breakfast. Such friendly and hospitable hosts Parking like in most of France is in the side roads, found parking each day near the accomodation Easy walk to the avenue de Champagne and the centre of the village

We were in the studio apartment which is in the roof space, has a mezzanine floor, where the bed was located. Not a problem for us, but if you were not so agile the stairs and getting into bed could pose a problem. There are other beautiful apartments but they were not available on our dates. Would definitely stay again

Breakfast was delicious, local and fresh. Street parking with was easy. Really excellent location- walkable to all the champagne houses in town. The host was very friendly and efficient. We don’t speak French and we found everything easy and welcoming.

Very helpful owner, enjoyed our light supper in their beautiful courtyard garden, with a very good well priced bottle of champagne. Breakfast was excellent. Bed very comfy and air con worked really well. Location easy walking to the Ave de Champagne and central district.

It was in a modest location but once in the property the room we stayed in was spotless and very quirky, the host Jean Luc and his wife were probably the best we’ve ever met, so attentive, helpful and polite, the language barrier was never an issue as Jean Luc has it off to a tee with Google translate. The breakfast was a perfect start to the day

Don’t be deterred by the modest appearance from the street - inside the accomodation was excellent. A short walk to the centre of Epernay. Very quiet location, clean and comfortable. Very friendly host. Nice breakfast included served in the lovely garden.

immaculate apartment with lots of nice touches. 10 minutes walk to central Epernay. Lovely garden and Jean Luc has champagne, beer and nibbles to buy or he’s happy if you take your own and simply use the great garden. Breakfast is beautiful; pastries, cheeses and ham, freshly squeezed orange juice.. perfect. Jean Luc and his wife are the best hosts we’ve met. Full marks!

Lovely apartment and our host was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served in a beautiful garden. The apartment had some basic supplies which was really helpful.

The pillows were not very comfortable. Parking would be an issue if you had a car.

Breakfast was delightful, well thought out. The location was perfect being so close to the centre of Épernay and there were lots of information leaflets in our room to point us in the right direction.

We knew it was up 2 flights of stairs, but they were circular and not easy to manage if you’re not fit and able. Not sure about fire safety; we were in the attic/eaves and have no idea how we would have got out if there was a fire.
