10 minute walk to town. Had a problem with safe. Manager came out on a Saturday night when he was off duty to see if he could fix it. The room was very clean and well maintained.

The outside terrace was a bit bleak. Bathroom was tiny.

Nice location across the street from railway station. Impressive breakfast above expected. Room facilities ok. Bed ok.

We had room in 4th floor and had to use the stairs from 3rd. Lift did not work. Small room and narrow hallway. Obsticles did the suitcase roll out challenging. Not all people in the reception spoke English.

It looks old and far from Mercure’s standard. parking is not acceptable really bad and really risky for expensive cars …. room is not what we can expect from a Mercure.

Room was nice, comfortable, aesthetically pleasing and well serviced. Location - reasonably close to main centre. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good. I cannot complain at all about our stay here.

We had to change rooms twice because of heavy smell from a previous guest. Room was not in line with Mercure standards

The hotel is located just in front of the railway station. At the reception they give product for toilet and tea and coffee. there is a boiler in the room but not a fridge. A supermarket is very close.

The hotel is expensive.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Located not far from the city centre.

The hotel hasn’t been refurbished for a while. My first room was smelling like an ashtray and the second one was smelling too but not cigarette. Opening the windows from time to time would help.

Location is good if you want to explore the region without car - train and bus stations on the other side of the street

Not sure how it's possible to get 4 stars with such a microscopic bathroom. It's not even possible to properly sit on the toilet, I had to sit there in the most awkward manner an acrobat would be proud of. The rest of the bathroom tiny as well, the door to the shower cabin would not close properly so a lot of water gets on the floor. The room itself is ok although on a smaller side as well, but the windows are very dirty. No cleaning during my 7 days stay at the hotel.
